"Postmaster full" notification should be visible in all locations

AFAIK, the game only warns you when the postmaster is literally full (not close to full) if you are in the Tower. First off, the notification should arrive no matter where I am. Secondly, it should, imo, warn me when it is close to full. So that I can be sure I didn't lose anything and free up before it's too late.

I keep getting guns.

Iron banner event. Majority were guns. Opened two engrams on Titan and one on Nessus, all three were guns. Head to the tower to open my engrams. More guns.

I'm tired of just getting guns all the time. Doesn't help I just use those gunparts to buy even more guns from the gunsmith.

We were farming ep boss and in 3 hours it didn't reset to wave 6 once. Assuming this has been fixed checked the front page patch notes but didn't see anything?

Iron Banner BS

All of last week I was grinding for the iron banner gear for my hunter but after at least 20 engram's opened, nothing. I could've done more but solo iron banner and pretty much knowing that your next drop is gonna be your 7th forward path isn't very motivating. Anyone else have this issue?

Faction Ralley damage scaling broken for 385 light level (and more)

With the new Faction Ralley, my friends and I started doing our Flashpoint and renown at the same time on Nessus. We're all 385 and noticed that we were doing insanely low damage (~30 damage with Graviton Lance, both bullets). My friend thought aloud that 385 was scaled back, so we lowered our light to 384/383 and we started doing normal damage again. I tried it with 380 and it also had insanely low damage (Mods are taken into consideration with these light levels). If you're doing faction rally, make sure you equip gear that doesn't put you at 380 or 385 (There's probably more broken levels, I haven't tested further)

EDIT: To avoid further confusion, I'm fully aware of how Renown works, and this is a damage drop that is far more significant than what Renown causes. I fully completed Dead Orbit last rally for the catalyst, and plan on doing it again, but this is the first time I've experienced this issue.
