Wondering if someone who knows a bit about modding to give Nan Madol a quick face lift from the mundane culture based city state that it is currently, to something with just a subtle hint of insanity.

I have absolutely no idea what kind of mechanic would work for this, would really love to hear everyone's ideas? Just seems like a lost opportunity to not have something a little special for this city-state that served as the inspiration for R'lyeh!
