I hope riot will go in depth on the clash issue like they did years ago on the instant recall bug Posted: 28 May 2018 04:17 AM PDT For those that do not know what I'm talking about, years ago there was a bug that was found first on riven that allowed to recall instantly (that's fast). At first only riven was disabled but shortly after that people started to reproduce the bug on every champ (even Ao Shin) which led to ranked being disabled for some time across all regions. Some months after riot released a quite long and very interesting article about the behind the scene of the bug, it wasn't the most technical article but it showed a lot how riot work those issues and it helped everyone understand why one guy sitting in a corner doesn't develop a whole game mode alone in an hour and a half. I would like to see the same kind of article released in the somewhat near future talking about how clash became crash and how riot worked to make crash become clash again. Showing how things changed inside riot to improve their reactions to this kind of problems and all the behind the scene work being done. EDIT : Here is the old article credit to u/PioIsPro : https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/riot-games/editorial/total-recall-or-time-we-disabled-ranked [link] [comments]

Posted: 28 May 2018 11:16 AM PDT So right now only Ezreal runs Kleptomancy since it got hard nerfed, should it really stay as it is right now in its current form? I think buffing the drops isn't the right way to go with it either, but I'm not sure what could be done with the Rune. Thoughts? [link] [comments]

Has anyone seen this Karthus-Nunu cheese? Posted: 28 May 2018 04:41 AM PDT Basically my midlaner (Karthus) had smite, and at the start of the game he took wolves while our jungler (Nunu) got blue buff really low for Karthus to take it, then they fought Gromp and Karth took it, then scuttle, then enemy red buff. At 2:25 into the game we had a level 3 mid laner with double buffs. He completely took over the game and no one could do anything about it. At 18 minutes I was level 10 (Soraka support) and he was level 17 and we just ran down mid and won. It's sort of a reverse of the Taric-Yi cheese.

PSA: Riot explains how WIFI is not the best choice when playing league. Posted: 28 May 2018 02:55 AM PDT I am posting this because most people I run into on NA seem to complain about ping during team fights. Here is the link great read! Thank you Riot for doing a great job putting this out now I can just send people the link! https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/page/ethernet-vs-wifi-ping-packets-playing-better [link] [comments]
Why is Jaximus a "limited availability" skin when it is ALWAYS in the store (at least when I check). Posted: 28 May 2018 04:49 AM PDT Everytime I go to look at limited availability skins, I always see jaximus. How can it be limited when it has been in the store every time I checked, over the past year? [link] [comments]

Is reddit over-reacting to Yi/Taric mid? Posted: 28 May 2018 09:56 AM PDT From my perspective, it looks as though the whole reddit controversy around smite Taric mid combined with Yi jungle was started by Dopa's comment that he couldn't find a counter. In every thread on the topic, people say, "even Dopa couldn't find a counter! Nerf Yi and Taric ASAP!" This logic seems weak to me, since Dopa is only a single player. It makes perfect sense that he wouldn't easily come up with a counter on his own. Even great challenger players also get tilted and make false claims about something being OP. What does everyone think about this issue? Is the opinion of one pro player enough to warrant nerfs? [link] [comments]
