I love PUBG but I need tips

I've gotten the game recently and have racked up 76 hours (PC) and a few things have become apparent to me

I've won 6 times and for some reason all on the desert map. I seem to get unlucky every time on the original map when it comes to being in the top 10. The most kills I've gotten in a dinner is 11 how do I find more people (I assume they are all hiding)

I can't tell almost at all where I'm getting shot from so I have to do a weird jumping ritual trying to see where the cloaked shooter is. How can I make this process easier.

The m416 is god tier and kills people before they can even say "oh no!" ( I like this but hate this)

The vehicles are also really unreliable and can cause many deaths from random flipping.

(Side note what is up with the spectating and death cams they look like robots and are shooting were they aren't even aiming)

Despite the many annoyances and issues pubg has to offer to our gaming lives it is over all ussaly a pretty fun experience as far as multiplayer pvp goes. Most of the weapons are pretty fun and handle relatively well. Though if im honest i wish there were more guns that you could be stoked about. It would be dope to introduce some handguns that would be useful through out the intire round mabye such as the 50. Cal Desert Egale and or the Colt magnum 357. Python revolver which would have alot of kick but be able to take out some chump with 1 to 2 shots. Also a 50. Cal Brett sniper rifle that would be hard to use, slow to reload and very loud but a one shot kill would be a cool addition. I also wish they would add a Harley Davidson style motorcycle but i bet that won't happen. Haha
