Locked out of account. 7+ days no response from epic

Update 1: it's been over a week now with no response from epic. I've tried to be patient but I really want to play the game again. I just want to go back to enjoying the game. If it doesn't get fixed soon I guess I'll just have to do a chargeback and buy it again from a different PlayStation account.

Is there anything I can do? I've sent PMs to a few of the epic community managers on the subreddit but no one replied.

I think I messed something up by unlinking my accounts. I didn't know it would mess everything up. I can only go onto save the world on pc (which can hardly run it in the first place) I contacted epic 5 days ago or so on a different issue. I was trying to get a refund on an accidental purchase of the deluxe edition upgrade. Honestly, I would just like to reset my save and start fresh at this point. so I haven't contacted again because I didn't want to lose my place in the queue. Whenever I try to go on save the world mode it prompts me to enter a PlayStation card to buy it again and then it says something like "item not available". I'm sorry If I've made a stupid mistake. I just want to go back to enjoying the game. Thank you all!

It is beyond me why they are even allowed to join these missions, absolutely makes no sense to me.

I can't progress in my main quests because I can't find lobbies where they are not half the required level, I am fine with them being a couple levels down (their shared power makes up for it).

Tired of joining missions where people do not contribute to the mission.

Last night me and my girlfriend were playing a mission our last one of the night and there were 2 other players with us. The whole mission they did nothing to help the main objective literally not a thing I asked in the chat if they were going to help or not no reply. I'm so tired of joining missions where none of your teammates do anything to help. Now I get it that a lot of people have different objectives and things that need to be looked for but at the least when the main objective starts up I at least go over and help out. I search before it starts up then I stop and help Sorry for the rant lol.

Impulse Grenade changes and Deliver The Bomb

Currently Impulse Grenades are one of the only ways to deal with trolls who stand infront of the bomb, preventing progress. In the coming update they will only affect the player throwing them. Would it be possible for the devs to turn off bomb collision with players in the same update? I imagine it's only one value to change, so shouldn't cause any issues.

Think about it, its perfect if you removed all the halloween stuff from the map (and added city/plains etc map types). A biome taking place in an swamp. Possibly do some adjustments to make it look like the swamp areas in BR. The christmas tileset would also possibly fit Twine peaks since judging from the name you are fighting on high altitude areas

Edit: apparently TP is volcanos, but it could still work since volcano craters are on high altitude if on mountains. Tp could become an very unique biome in that is has lots of verticality, just as you would expect when doing missions on an mountain. Couple this with an grapple hook thingy it would be perfect

Tired of doing a tough mission (one either above your powerlevel or is designed for 4 people. Then after spending tons of time getting the blue glo and setting up either the tracks defenses etc. Only to 30 mins in when you say "ready" domeone says "ya got my resources, cya!" then leaves, which procs the other 2 to leave now you spent 30 minutes spending resrouces making a defense, while 3 people gained resrouces never contributing the whole time and leave after they get the number of bolts metal or herbs w.e they needed. Think he was just grabbing every bush on a map for herbs and leaving. This FUCKED ME! And it has been happening A LOT. Why is there no punishment for joining a match only to fuck people over. Can we make it so resources are only kept when you finish a mission, cause people going into missions of people that need help and only screwing them by taking up the whole time not helping and leaving before the horde comes.....the fuck! I'm getting absolutely tired of it.
