... the Alliance did some questionable stuff as well.

A large portion of the sub is going nuts that the Horde is being painted as the bad guys (again). Honestly, I'm all for it. However, our "badness" is amplified by the Alliance that absolutely can do no wrong. It's so shocking to see Horde bombing towns of innocents because it wasn't the norm in game (Even though the Orcs have been sacking villages since the beginning of Warcraft lore). Granted, we have no context of the bombing but at face value, it looks pretty bad. However, if Syl (so I've heard) is doing to raise more Forsaken for the Horde, hey, gotta do what you gotta do. Or maybe we find out that Town has taken some of our people prisoner, and is torturing them (doubt it).

While it isn't a great MMO (great stories imo) Blizz should really take a page out of SWTOR's book. While the Empire is "bad" and the Republic is "good, the Empire does some good and the Republic does their fair share of bad. Example being the political system in the Republic is completely corrupt and kill off Republic soldiers like cannon fodder when their is no need to. The Empire story lines twist what normally would sound bad from a Republic eye, makes it sound like a okay thing to do from an Empire eye. Example being an Sith overthrowing a secretly corrupt leader but to take power for their selves.

The Alliance does everything perfectly good with zero room for interpretation. Unpopular opinion but Anduin was a mistake. It's already known that he is the 3rd coming of Jesus (Thrall being the 2nd) since he unites everyone and saves the world as an older man. Basically writes the Alliance into a "good" role already. You have Greymane who could be the potential "morally grey" character but so far they've given him justification in all his actions. Oh Greymane just randomly attacks Sylvanas cause he hates her! BUT WAIT! He got lucky because she actually was scheming something, and he just happen to stumbled across it.

I'm super interested where BFA will take us but have Horde being the only ones doing bad deeds is very poor writing and just sets up the Alliance to be the good guy winners again. Might as write it so all the Horde champion players defect and have to fight the Horde for an expansion.

tl;dr: Horde being bad is okay as long as the Alliance has their fair share of corruption. Also if the Horde can at least twist the narrative to make sense from a Horde players POV.
