Emperor’s Respite on Control

Whenever I play a game of control on Emperor's Respite, whoever spawns on A almost always wins. It's crappy because you can watch B, as well as A, all while never moving from B flag, making rotation more difficult than it should be. On top of that, players who want to boost their efficiency will have a hard time seeing as they're just trapped on C, dying as they fruitlessly try to capture a 2nd flag. The flag layout is awful and needs to change. Period.

How does Destiny 2 choose spawn locations when "joining allies"?

My Fireteam was going through this week's Prestige Nightfall (Tree of Probabilities), and I was late in entering the boss fight zone. I received the message "You will join your allies in 5" message. The screen faded to black, and then faded into the boss fight - and I immediately was killed because the boss was right next to me. We wiped, unfortunately.

We attempted it again, and I again was late entering and received the "joining allies" message. Again, when the screen brought me to the fight, I was in the left corner, and the boss was next to me, and killed me immediately.

Does anyone have information regarding the spawn location for allies that join the fight? At first I thought I would spawn next to a Fireteam member (happened the first time); however, the second time I was nowhere near a Fireteam member. Is the spawn location static depending on the Strike?

What is Expansion 2 about?

I caught wind that Phoebos may return. I just hope they bring back Queen's Wrath & Eris Morn to give the game more depth. Personally, I'd like to see more Hive involvement in D2. Maybe Bungie will finally give us a missions for the Praxic Fire that was vaguely mentioned before?

You add nightfall specific emblems with cool different tiers for score completions, but these tiers unlock based on RNG? Are you serious? Seriously .... ?
