Obviously I lost, but the thing that made me feel so shit was the post game chat, calling me noob, adopted child, kys, Im done with survivors, entity recruited me to serv her and I will kill every survivor i encounter, I dont care your 4% luck or if you carried your team and i get you and camp you when gens are done, you dont deserve my mercy survivors. Posted: 01 Mar 2018 11:53 PM PST I mean, yeah it's annoying the way he hugs pallets and uses a flashlight and has decisive. But those are in the game for a reason so I don't get really triggered. It's the teabagging while looping that irks me. I never camp ever.... but this one game, this guy was just SO toxic. Then after the game bashed me to all hell with his mates calling me all sorts of childish, racist names. Am I justified in my actions? EDIT : Yes, I already killed one guy. No threat of de-pip. Here's mine for a quick start: Déjà Vu Unlocks potential in one's Aura reading ability. After starting the trial, 1/1/2 generators are revealed to you. [Trapper Rework Suggestion] Give him a Spectral Hound Posted: 02 Mar 2018 08:28 AM PST Disclaimer: I know this will never happen and that implementing this into the current state of the game will undoubtedly bug the hell out of everything but I like to dream. Unlike many of the other Killers, the Trapper only has one ability that is easily counterable and takes time to set up. I've seen great suggestions about rare-offerings that might allow his traps to generate already set in specific locations.However, I firmly believe the boy needs a second ability to really bring him up a tier. What I'm suggesting is giving the guy an ability that allows him to summon a bloodhound for various actions that would require targeting similar to Freddy's sleep. Aim it at a trap on the map + the hound can either set or retrieve said trap. A survivor is currently trapped? Send the bloodhound over to down them. Aim in a direction with no real target and have the bloodhound sniff the most recent route a survivor ran and bark if they come within a certain range of an existing survivor. Hell, what if you could even summon the pup to sit for a period in a certain area, cutting off a pallet loop or window. At the very least, I think the Trapper needs something beyond Traps to give him an edge. Right now, in my personal opinion, he's lacking. [link] [comments] | ||

The "nerfed" DS is often worse for the killer Posted: 02 Mar 2018 12:49 AM PST The problem with the new DSWhat was originally meant to nerf DS is actually a buff for DS, let me explain: The "nerfed" decisive strike causes killers to loose a lot more time than before, because the old DS procced instantly. Now killers first have to carry survivors for 8 seconds without any sign that the survivor even has DS, which means they loose 8 additional seconds for every non-obsession DS compared to the old DS. This is actually a buff and not a nerf. I'd also like to point out that this design gives an incentive for slugging or tunneling the DS user. In the linked example game below I've done quite the opposite, I've switched the survivor two times and hunted down 3 different survivors and .. was penalized very hard for this. Evidence / showcase videoSee this evidence video where this effect was really bad: Watch the snippet from 52m45s to 55m20s and you see the problem and can feel the killer frustration. By the time I went through three (!) consecutive decisive strikes in a row the generators went from 5 to 2 without getting a single hook, because all 3 survivors I hunted down escaped with DS. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/234010380?t=52m45s PS: Luckily I managed to turn around that game into a 4k after this painful beginning and believe me - this felt extremely good :3 My opinionWe should properly nerf DS or change it back to the way it was before in the meantime.
