How do i play as a sniper?

For the first time i am actually gonna be a sniper in a multiplayer mission and i have no idea where i fit on the team. The only experience i have with sniping is spawning a bunch of NPCs in the editor and sniping them when im bored.

How does a good sniper support his team? What is his role?

RHS mods performance

I am thinking of incorporating RHSUSAF into my missions. I generally make relatively small Spec Ops style missions for me and two friends. I know for this type of mission performance isn't an issue. But I am currently planning out a story campaign that will take place over 15 or so missions. At least one of those will be a relatively large battle for an air port. With a good amount of AI on AI combat. So my question is how well do the RHS mods run? If it is just infantry I am using (I will be using vanilla vehicles) what sort of performance drop (if any) should I expect using RHS units instead of vanilla?

Cannot call for support with the 0 key

I downloaded a bunch of mods and one of them now has the 0 key putting my weapon on my back. (Ace im guessing). I can no longer call for cas or supports. I have not been able to change they keys around so that I can call for supports again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, basically I have Antistasi loaded up on a private server and I am currently running it fine, no problems. My players have expressed a wish to remove the Weapon Proficiency requirement so they can try out weapons without class restrictions. Is there a way to turn this off server side so people don't have to become admin and input the command every session when I am not available to play? If so how do I go about doing it?
