If you'd have to choose one game to 'speedrun', which one would you choose?

I'm curious to see what this sub comes up with and why certain games would be better or more fun to blast through as fast as possible.

Would it be a 2D title for act and react gameplay or would you rather play a 3D game because it would be more systematical in terms of performing shortcuts and stuff? Keep in mind that there are different categories like any% or 100% completions and stuff like that.

Anyone remember a green Triforce in the original Zelda for NES?

Posted: 21 Feb 2018 09:06 AM PST

In the original Legend of Zelda on NES, when you press pause and you end up on the subscreen, you can see your progress in getting the triforce in a white triangle. This triangle has two outlines. Inside the inner outline you can see the possible 8 shards of the triforce that you get in the game... but inside the other outline it stays black. But I clearly remember as a kid seeing a game or an image somewhere where the inside of that outline was glowing green instead of black... As if the player has found another Triforce? Have any of you ever seen what I'm talking about? I can't seem to find anything on Google depicting what I remember. All I see online is that the inside of that outer triangle is always black. But I could swear I remember seeing it green somehow. Any clue?

Never played Skyward sword..

Posted: 20 Feb 2018 05:54 PM PST

Hey guys, as the title suggest, I have never played skyward sword. It's weird that it is the only Zelda game I have never actually played. I see mixed reviews of the game being bad, but then I see others say it's "amazing". I was thinking about purchasing it on the Virtual console for the Wii U. Anything I need to know ?! Thanks!
