This thread is for finding groups to play any of the Halo video games! Make sure to mention which game you're playing, what the events are, and to list your GT. Here is an example of how to construct your post.

MCC Betrayals are getting out of hand

Almost every game I play on MCC Big Team Battle there is always a teammate trying to betray. Halo 1, 2, 3, & 4 I experience it. Someone doesnt like the game and they start betraying instead of quitting. I mostly experience it on Halo 1 & 3. Why is it almost every game this happens? I get you dont always get the game you want but that doesnt mean you have to ruin everyone elses experience. I'd rather you quit and try to make up for a man down than deal with a team killer.

Can we assume the first planet that the flood attacked was the forerunner planet? If not, is there a planet of only flood creatures? If there is a planet of flood creatures, would there be a gravemind controlling said planet?

I understand their purpose, which is to kill off all living things for the flood which would starve them. My real question is wouldn't the same result be achieved if life were to run its course and the flood eventually ran out of food naturally? Correct me if I'm wrong or if there are some details I might be missing that were in one of the books.

Do you not realize that you are part of the reason BUNGIE wanted OUT of Halo? As seen as early as ODST + Reach, Bungie realized that they couldn't actually develop their own title because part of their player base had become entitled and expected it one way - no exceptions.

Also, Halo 2 > Halo 3.

I totally forgot about this until reading another post about it: when people are composed, they become prometheans.

IIRC the only time we actually see that story wise is when Tillson and the rest of the crew are composed by the didact. So like, what happened to them?

Even if it's a small service, it would be super cool to see all the people on the science station resurface as prometheans. It could even be just alluded to by quick ignorable dialogue ... something like a soldier saying "why couldn't you save us?" It also has the potential to be a bigger plot point of done right.

But however its executed, that would be a really cool bit of like, psychological distress in halo. Having to know you're fighting those specific fallen comrades who you couldn't save.

But what happens if a member of the Covenant gets composed? Would they also be made into Knights, or something different? What would a composed elite look like? Or a grunt, jackal, etc.? I'd love to see what a promethian/covenant hybrid enemy looks like!

Req Pack Scam

Saw a req pack for $10 or 100k req a few weeks ago. Worked my way up to 100k and the req was gone. Oh well I thought - then this evening I saw the same pack again along with another for 80k. I spent some time selling off items to get the points needed but discovered that the pack was gone once I reached the requisite amount of points. Is my luck bad or is there some fuckery going round?
