Obtainable as: Light Armor, Medium Armor, Heavy Armor

Location: Selene's Web, Glirion
 
Set Bonuses
Items Bonus
1 Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
2 When you deal direct melee damage, you have a 15% chance to call on a primal spirit that mauls the closest enemy in front of you after 1.3 seconds for 12000 Physical Damage. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.

I know this has been discussed before and I just really want it to be implemented. I would prefer a simple drag and drop rearrangement of characters, however I'd settle for a sorting system (Alphabetical, Alliance, Class, etc.).
The current system where the most recently created character is placed at the bottom of the list is less than cool. I know this shouldn't be priority #1, but certainly it can be squeezed in somewhere, right? :D

I know keeping buffs up are a part of the game, but I feel TOO focused on buffing myself then actually playing. Anyone else have this problem?

Ive been looking to outift my magplar for pvp, and ive narrowed down my search a bit. Im planning on:
5 piece rattlecage impen/devines (all body pieces save head and shoulder.)
5 piece spinners (jewelry, and dw front bar.)
Selenes monster set (medium+light for undaunted passive. Maybe slimecrawl?)
Im pretty inexperienced with build making, so if anyone has some tips or adive I would really appreciate it!

Hello everyone. I purchased ESO through Steam during ongoing sale. Installed it a and played for six hours. Met people regularly in Seida Neen and in Zansipilu. Steam charts says it has about 8000 players on average. Does it mean the Steam version is underpopulated? Or do Steam version and standalone version players play together as one game? If not, is it possible to redownload the standalone client without rebuying the game through ESO website?

So i was wondering how much dps does champion points actually adds. Does anyone know of anyone who parsed with no cp vs 300 vs max? anything along those lines. I want to know if I can achieve relatively the same amount of dps as a 300 cp vs a maxed out cp

I just started playing again, and FTC addon is not being updated, is there some addon like It? That shows my health in numbers and has the "execution" thing for nightblade?

I know that i could switch domihaus shoulder for master resto but i dont have it yet cause i am still cp 350. This does okey before i get it?

So I started a new character, and will be playing him in kyne for the time being. Mostly I'm curious on what sets/weapons to use.
I will be using an ice staff for the cc's, but what should my other bar be? Resto, for healing/regen, dw for damage and a 2nd set or s+b for tankiness and another set?
For sets I prefer crafted sets combined with jewelry from cropsford, and depending on what weapons I have a decent idea what I'll be doing. I welcome any suggestions though.
Oh, and what weapon enchants and traits would work well? I think I'll probably go for charged for the increased cc with the ice staff, but what enchant?

So i am thinking about getting back into the game after about 7 months away. Love the game just got annoyed with the performance issue in areas like PvP certain end game PvE and in big towns. The load times etc and just curious if they maybe have fixed it a bit or if it is still shit.

Every 10 min or so I am just back to loading screen. New router, new modem, neither helped. I can run a ping to 8.8.8.8 for days without a single dropped packet (and stay at 10-20 ms the whole time).. but this game won't let me stay online. When I get dropped I can still hit sites and my running ping drops 0 packets. Tried without addons, disabled ipv6, repaired.. I am not sure what else to try at this point. I like the game but it is unplayable. =/

So.
I just hit 30 with my 2 heavy, 5 med armour, 2H Stam DK (Stam morphed DK poison) but wanted to try DW. I am a new player so forgive the ignorance if I've posted something obvious, 2H hits hard but seems awkward. I PvE with intent to do endgame but not hardcode endgame activities.
My plan waa to have a 'hand in' bar with a couple of DW skills on it and run the random dungeon dailies, good idea?

Was thinking of buying some as I'm a non ESO plus member so I don't have a crafting bag or double bank space.
What should I storage in each assuming I buy 3 big ones? Say one for crafting mats, another for provisioning+alchemy, but what about the third one? And is 120 even enough for crafting and alchemy+provisioning? I don't know how many items for those categories are there.
Ideally instead of selling my junk including bait and stuff to npcs I'll start stockpiling now.
Also can I place all chests in a small home like the rosy Lion Inn or do i need to buy a big house? For example in my home I can only place one assistant, so maybe there's a limit for chests too?

So I already am about done farming 7th legion. I'm gonna use that on body.. I saw something where someone ran deaths wind sb back bar and agility but also werewolf hide for ulti seems really good on shield bar. 2h asylum front. I'd have to farm werewolf tho

How does CP PVP and Non-cp PVP majorly differentiate mechanically? Theoretically, which one is more balanced, or are both equally? How important is skill over < CP < Gear < class < baselevel
