As an old D3 Players and PoE player i was considering to buy Diablo 2 and play for the first time. Looking videos on youtube made me a bit confused on how some mechanics of the game work , whats the differences between D2 and D3 etc . Is there any guide's that could help my adventures on D2 ? | New Season, looking for 2 more people EU Posted: 11 Feb 2018 06:27 AM PST We are two friends, who as we have done some time in the past, is gonna meet up and play from release on Friday the 23rd, and at least for the next 24 hours, quite possibly 36-48. In the past we've had other friends join us, but sadly most of them cannot be bothered with a full weekend of fun, or simply can't find the time. So, now we're looking for two people to join the fun. Currently we have planned playing one damage dealer and one support, but we're open to play what is needed and desired. The plan is to start as soon as the season starts, be on Discord and grind away at a quick pace, with only short breaks for food and bathroom breaks. | Posted: 11 Feb 2018 06:46 AM PST Demon hunters have been having a rather tough time of things this patch, currently they have the lowest solo clears (114EU) and they have no place in the meta. I have been playing a 90% solo season with the DH as my main, I tried pushing with many different sets and variations. My best clear is 106 using the Marauder Nats hybrid with Maelstrom, placing at Rank 163 at the time. I have been thinking about several aspects that are quite annoying when playing DH. There are several skills that do not work correctly when fired by Sentries using the Marauder set or the Hybrid set of Marauder and Natalya. Cluster arrow Shooting stars: The Turrets only fire the base rune with NO ROCKETS. In general, only one rocket can hit one target. This is further explained below. Cluster arrow Maelstrom: This skill is hamstrung by the fact that only one rocket hits one enemy, so if you fire on one enemy you only do 1/3rd of your damage since the other rockets "miss" by slamming into the ground instead. If there are 2 enemies then one of the rockets will hit each and one will miss. This problem is inherited by the sentries and the damage potential is very low when you do not rely on area damage and a perfect pull of density. Cluster bombs fired by the sentries do not benefit from the hellcat waist-guard. Also the hellcat Waistguard is not fun to use, with the cubed/Primal power of 5 bounces being far too many to work correctly, grenades almost never hit their targets and often just fall off certain maps.
