Decrypted a warlock sword on my titan

To give a little more detail:

  • A played a few crimson days games
  • Went to the tower to decrypt the few engrams I dropped
  • Last engram gave me Eternity's Edge which is a warlock specific sword
  • My titan is my only character

So is this a thing ? Getting class-specific loot when playing with another class ?
I'm not ranting at all just really curious as this never happened to me before.

Did it to grind for trials tokens. That being said, is the well rested (3x exp perk) only once per class per week? I used my 3 levels on one hunter, but when I switched to my other hunter I didn't have the perk.

Kinda bummed cause I'm looking for that exotic emote. Help?

What Trials can learn from Doubles

Speed! Holy moly. Wasnt until I ground out my 5 games of doubles for the milestone that I realized how much better I felt like my doubles matches went then my Trials.

I think if Trials adopted a faster format then more people would be likely to play and participate.

Not saying to shrink down the clock so much as have less rounds. Make doing a trials card not a huge time investment.

I used to run CE and VoG even once I had everything from them. Because they were fun high level activities that didnt take a lot of time.

I think trials is really fun to play but I hate bailing on my team after 5 games because I dont have 3 hours to spend to get to 7 or 9 games.

I dont think having less rounds would have changed the outcomes of 95% of my matches and quick itteration would take the sting out of the 5% discrepancy and is a small price to pay.
