Each window depicts a picture, of Past, Present and Future versions of the mural with guardians and White Arrows, this Mural can be found on the Caydes Stash mission, and the rocket yard and also on mars by the train station. If you notice there are playing Cards all around Caydes Stash, the one you can observe is the one that talks about the Red Jack's.
