Are there any references to the Ordon Province/Village? Was it sunk?

Posted: 18 Jan 2018 07:14 AM PST

With the game having so many references and with a good amount of them being directly related to Twilight Princess, the fact that Ordon is completely out of the map is just weird to me...

Has anyone found any references or hints about what happened to this region?

Can't seem to click with BOTW.. need help

Posted: 18 Jan 2018 07:24 AM PST

Thanks for the tips! Seems it is just as open and not "hand holdy" as I thought it might be so I will just explore!

I've beat one guardian, the elephant thing and now I'm on my way to beating the other 3...but, I feel like I'm lost.

The quest log basically says:

  1. Defeat Ganon
  2. Defeat the 4 guardians

...??

Do I just choose one and go to it or is there an order? I feel like I'm running about and not having a clue where to go apart from where the 3 guardian markers are but one is in the desert and the other was at a volcano so its too hot but I have no clue where to get clothing(?) to help with the heat or is it something I get later on?

I love everything about the game and I don't want it to hold my hand but it feels like after I got the glider to go into the open, it basically said "complete the game" and it's leaving me to it. Unless I'm missing something?...

Because of this I feel like I'm not getting into the game as I'm almost aimlessly wandering about and finding the odd shrine.

Would you be ok with Labo mini games within the next Zelda?

Posted: 18 Jan 2018 09:09 AM PST

For example I would love to fish in the next Zelda game.

How would you feel if Nintendo games started adding additional ways to play the game with Labo kits.

Obviously you wouldn't need the Labo fishing rod in order to fish but just have the option to do small tasks with Labo props if you wanted to.

Initially I thought Labo looks like it's targeted at young children but the idea of making some props to use in Nindendo games seem really interesting even for older gamers.

Any other ideas you can think of that Labo could be used as side activities within the game?

Just completed 120 shrines. Which DLC is easier?

Posted: 18 Jan 2018 10:21 AM PST

Just completed 120 shrines, have finished divine beasts, Tarrey Town, got Master Sword and Hylian shield. I've read several articles about how Trials of the Master sword and Champions Ballad are both hard. Which one is easier?

MM - Thoughts and opinions on the 3 day mechanic.

Posted: 18 Jan 2018 01:05 AM PST

A quick backstory. When I was around 6 years old, my older brother gave me his completed copy of Majora's Mask, meaning he had acquire everything the game had to offer. At the time I wasn't really interested in completing the game and mainly messed around in Clock Town. One thing led to another and I somehow found out that you could slow down time by playing The song of time backwards.

So recently I've decided to go back and actually completing the game. While a lot of the game had to offer was pretty much a new experience for me. I noticed that I didn't have too much of a trouble with managing the 3 day limit, but I've heard complaints from close friends and other users online that they disliked the 3 day mechanic as it forced them to restart certain progress withing the game. I personally don't mind the 3 day cycle but I wonder if my opinion would of have been different if I didn't know about the inverted song going in.

So I'd like to know your opinions and experience with this mechanic. Did it bothered you? Were there times you felt rushed? Or did you simply adapted? Please let me know.

Why the ending of Twilight Princess is a tragedy

I'M NOT THE CREATOR/OWNER OF THE VIDEO. I'm just a fan who found this to be the best analysis of TP so far. The 4th part (link below) is the best, but parts 1-3 are great too.
