But at least Monster Hunter World came out to make February even faster for those who got into it (I got addicted myself)! I've been a competitive falcon player since 2011 but you probably know me better from my SSBM commentary. Most notably I was recently given the opportunity to commentate Genesis 5 Top 8! Alignment Chart of Melee's Top 9 Characters Posted: 30 Jan 2018 02:25 PM PST Something I made in my free time. Think as of right now, Lawful Good and Chaotic Evil are both pretty weak without any good choices to fill that role (really, Peach and Marth should be Choatic/Lawful Neutral, respectively, but they're probably the best choices to fill in those gaps.) Puff can really fill in any role, depending on your outlook. Her being an Anti-Meta character could seem Chaotic, but the longer matches with simpler gameplay can be seen as Lawful. Furthermore, Good/Evil are extremely subjective, so she really can fit any of the squares. Anyway, what do you guys think? I made a tier list based entirely on representation in OrionRank 2017. Posted: 30 Jan 2018 06:03 AM PST METHODOLOGY My methodology was simple. Each character got 10 points for every top 10 main, 9 points for every main between 11 and 20, and so on and so forth. The number of points was cut in half if that character was a secondary. For instance, Salem gave Bayonetta 10 points but he gave Greninja only 5. Then, I tallied up the mains/secondaries of everyone on the list, added up the points in a Google Sheets document, and got the tier list. THE LIST Here it is. Tiers are ordered based on points.
