ShiroGames - Bye bye 2017 and WELCOME 2018 !!! Posted: 01 Jan 2018 06:51 AM PST Hello Northgardians, As the end of 2017 is upon us, we wanted to share with you a few thoughts. What a year! At the beginning of 2017, Northgard was about to start its 6-months Early Access period. At the time, the game was supposed to be a fun, solo strategy game with 4 clans and ShiroGames was only a team of 9. It soon became clear that the game would be much more than that. To match the new ambitions of our little Vikings, the Early Access period has been doubled, and the team grew. Today, after 10 months and almost 500k unit sold, Northgard has 6 clans, a Multiplayer mode with dedicated server coming in January and a lot of new tiles, units and buildings. The 15 person team now gets ready for the official launch of its baby. In January, we'll launch the dedicated servers, and we'll open access to the test version of the campaign! We cannot wait to have your feedback on these, as we worked hard to make them as enjoyable as possible! One thing we know for sure, is how much we owe you, our beloved community. You helped Northgard become what it is now in countless different ways and we cannot thank you enough for your support and your feedback. We're so proud of the way the game has evolved, with its own personality, and you've been a key part of this! So thank you and enjoy a wonderful 2018!
