Upcoming Priorities

Hey everyone!

We hope you had a relaxing holiday break. This was the first time Lisk and I have taken any meaningful vacation in years, and it was a great way to spend time with family, refresh our minds, and reflect on how we want to improve and grow Legion TD 2.

In an effort to be transparent, we're listing our upcoming priorities:

Smurf Issue (fixed yesterday)
  • Family Sharing was being abused to create smurfs for boosting, so we've disabled it for now
Critical Bugs
  • Black screen bug
  • Missing UI bug
Unit Pathing & Targeting
  • Improve the logic that determines how units attack, move, and cast spells
Game Balance
  • Legion balance, fighter balance, cross, and Mastermind improvements
Hire a second engineer (already have someone lined up)
  • Lisk is a beast, but we need more engineering power if we want to improve the game as quickly as possible
Localize the game
  • Build a scalable localization process that allows us to stay agile
  • Translate the game into as many languages as possible
Server reliability
  • More uptime (fewer times the server goes down)
  • Allow the lobby server to scale to support 10x as many players
Hire an art director (already have someone lined up)
  • Will work fulltime on improving art assets and creating the 5th, 6th, etc. legion and more mercenaries
Begin work on the 5th legion

We're refreshed and excited to get back to work!
