It would give Stam Sorcs an aoe stam ult and also match the wind theme they got going on.

[PC] I Am Tired Of People Treating Others Like You-Know-What..

Not sure if proper place but,

Last night I jump on to run a few dungeons to grind some gear, currently looking for divines/spider cultist stuff, Using the Dungeon Finder, I DPS into vFG1. I am newer to dungeons but this particular one I know where things are and who attacks with what. I find myself Tanking which was no problem because i have enough sustain and shields that i don't take much damage. To me, I have no problem with this, we are getting the dungeon finished and everyone can leave happy... or that's what i thought. About half way though, The other DPS starts complaining about our Tank saying things like, "Why don't you taunt?" and "Are you even good at tanking?" Stuff like that, The Tank responds with "Well I am newer to tanking and trying to get the hang of it." At this point i have noticed that and speak up. "Hey ease up we aren't having any problems with the dungeon so its whatever, i don't mind "tanking"." Nobody has died, nobody seems to be struggling.

"A Vote has started to kick "Tank" " Yay or Nay"

"Nay"

Me: "Dude, he is fine lets just finish."

Constant votes to kick ensues until the last Dreugh boss.

I start HM (Hardmode) for the pledge and we fight. Yeah the Tank is dying but being rezed which i kite the boss around shielding and surviving. 15% left and the healer and DPS start complaing in chat mid battle. "This is stupid Why don't you just kick him?"

Continue vote kicking, I keep denying.

they die on purpose, i end up dying so we restart the fight. pretty normal right?

Me: "Because he is fine and were fine." He volunteers to leave and I stop him because we made it this far and i want him to finish the dungeon. They finally stop swearing and leave. So now its me and this new tank standing alone in front of a boss. He apologizes but i shrug it off because he doesn't need to. IMO. I let him know to not worry about those others and don't let it bother him.

then he speaks up.

Tank: "It's fine because the good people of this game always pull through and shine." (Or something extremely close to that.)

A tug of a heartstring later and I friend this dude, invite two maxed guildies to push the last boss with 0 issue. and gave him advice on some tank builds and youtubers to watch.

TL:DR Joined a Vet dungeon with a new tank no issues. other group mates bash the new tank making him feel bad for being in the group. pulled though and got complimented on being a good human being. Made my night :)

Edit: Add: Don't know where people are getting I'm trying to be a white knight or attention getter, simply not what I was aiming for only that I stood up for a new tank trying to learn and it felt good.

We've played together since launch. I'm the weapon/armor crafter and she's the alchemist/provisioner/enchanter...

...so guess who got all the motiffs. I literally have all but a couple styles...

...she's going to be so mad when she sees this.

Is there a database of gear that's worth keeping? I've been doing dungeons lately, so my bank/inventory is clogged with set gear, and I'm not sure what to scrap and what to keep.

I am new to ESO and whenever I ask any questions in the general chat I never get berated, I am always helped sincerely and honestly with no negative connotation coming from the response. I was invited to join a guild where people are nice and friendly and help others and this is rare for me. I come from Guild Wars 2, and the community there has a lot of really just plain mean things they do and they treat there fellow gamers really poorly and I have never experienced a community like this one.

So this is just a thank you to all of you here on Reddit that play the game. Thank you for always just enjoying the game and having fun!

Just did City of Ash 2 for vet pledge. 1st time I ever tried tanking it. I didn't die once, we steamrolled through every boss, collected the air atro adds on the ash titan, collected the lightning atro adds, read the scroll for hard mode, completed it, then I see "That was really bad tanking, by the way. . . " in the chat log. I didn't tell them it was my first time. There was no need. I did my job as a tank, we completed the dungeon on hard mode, what more do people want?

Please add a check box on the guild store for already in my library. My crafter doesn't need the hollowjack motif. I understand there will be a sharp hike in prices of motifs at least sifting through and finding ones that I don't have while price comparing at multiple guild traders will be a little better. PS I'm on PS4 so no addon since someone will recommend it.

[Discussion] Litany of Blood question (no spoilers, please!)

Hi! I'm sorry for not doing a search, but I'm really reluctant to just in case I get accidental spoilers.

Question is -- are all targets accesible from the getgo, or will I have to complete certain quests before they show up?

For example, I'm in Davon's Watch looking for "he who is silver, ash and fire, wrapped in copper filigree" but there's a portion of the town that's on fire because I haven't saved Davon's Watch yet. Will I still be able to track him down, or would I need to finish that quest first before he appears? Is it the same for the other cities and targets?

... Unless there's supposed to be quest markers and my game is glitched? Because I'm not getting any, so I assume I have to identify the NPCs myself.

[DATA] [Discussion] [Dbones PTS] CP 150/160 Intricate Loot Decon IP Scaled to Craft Skill Level Only

I have been running a lot of different craft data tests just to answer some unique questions on ESO Reddit and wanted to run this by the Masters here.

The latest question was whether it was more efficient to start Craft-Swap-Decon or pure Loot Decon to level hard crafts. I still have to finish up with all the data to put that side by side for a definitive answer, especially when starting a Level 3 character (Starting level from skipping Tutorial). I need to check the returns for starting crafted vs leveled loot prior to BS-Wood-Cloth Skill Level 19/20 when you start receiving full max IP from CP150/160 crafted decon.

While running the decon IP numbers for CP150/160 loot strictly from Max Level Writs and Dolmen/Dungeon Loot I noticed some different results than I would have expected:

  • Level 4 starting PTS character, NO CP, ESO+, No Points in BS Skill Tree. IP returns from both Loot Drop and Harven's Experience Notify addons.

  • ALL Loot at CP150/160 returns the same IP from Base White, Base White Traited, Ornate, Intricate and even Gold PTS Set Items, from BS L3 until BS L24.

  • At BS L24 CP150 Ornate Loot reaches a max IP return of 8467.

  • At BS L26 CP160 Ornate Loot reaches a max IP return of 8837.

  • PTS CP160 Gold Set Items return the same IP as CP160 Intricate items until BS L36 when they reach a max IP return of 14168.

  • CP150/160 Intricate items return the same IP at all levels, increasing at all levels of BS Skill until a max IP return of 23936 at BS L49.

I would have expected CP150 and CP160 items to give different IP returns based solely on material level. I also would have expected Gold Set Loot to give different IP returns based on item quality.

At least on PTS there is no distinction between items as there are in crafted decon,

Q. Can anyone spot check any of these numbers if they have time with copied PTS characters.

Q. Has anyone else already seen these results? Has anything changed from previous testing?

Q. Has anyone seen these same results on current CWC live? I will try to spot check on live this week.

i just bought morrowind last week, hopped into a battlegrounds game where i got stuck in a wall so i used /stuck. after that i could still see the map and whats going on but i couldnt participate in the fight anymore, other ppl couldnt see me, while walking around for a couple of seconds i get the message "cant enter battlegrounds location" and i get booted from the server. since that happened i cant log on this char anymore and get the message "Error 326 Character is currently locked " if i try to do, contacted the customersupport but no answer yet

New player seeking information.

Hello! I might lie when I say that I am a complete new player as I did play for like 1 month when the game first came out. At that time I did not like it becauase what I can remember the game was not that good. I have some questions about the game. First, has it improved ? I play WoW and have played other mmos like Final fantasy, GW, Starwars. Will I be able to adopt to this game easy ? (I never played Skyrim before.) How is the endgame ? Are the classes balanced and fun to play? It looks like every class can be Dps/tank/healer ? Crafting system entertaining? How is the leveling? Fun or just the same stuff?

I also tend to play tanks or melee damage dealers like warriors So tips about classes and stuff like that would also be appreciated.

All the tips and info about how the game is now are welcome. Convince me to buy it, or not to buy the game.

Sorry if you all get triggered by some grammar stuff(English is not my main language)

Green orc?

Gold spent on decorating house

I'm currently working towards the goal of buying my first home (next to the free Inn room). I'm finishing up Morrowind and I'm probaly going to buy the Aid Velothi harbor house (322,000 gold) for my Dunmer.

I'm wondering how much gold it would take to fully decorate it, i've learned quite some furnishings so I will make most of the items myself.

I know that you can spend as much gold as you want on decorating your house but I'm just curious how much gold you guys spend on decorating.

I play on PC and I do dungeons from time to time. But I really have trouble finding the dead guy on the floor when there are mobs or a bunch of flash spells on the ground.

I am a DPS so I know I should be the one saving the other teammate if they die and I do pay attention to the health bar (have an add-on) so I know I gotta go revive them. But I just cannot find the dead body for the life of me.

Does anyone know if there is an add-on that will make the white cross sign huge and flashy for someone like me?

This is really a serious dilemma. I feel like a horrible group member.
