So I was trying to fish for the first time and found it unbearably boring. Some random player comes along with a boat and docks it at the harbour. I abandon fishing to see if I can explore the boat, even though it's not mine. I was happily surprised to see that I could. While I was goofing about on this random players boat, they start moving and taking it out to sea. With me on it. I certainly didn't expect that. Now this random player with their random boat was taking me out to sea to this random place, and I still had a shit ton to do in town (being only level 21 and all). So quite a ways from land I jump ship and spend a good 5 minutes swimming to shore. All in all my point is, fuck this game is amazing. Thanks for listening.

With all these Happy New Year posts i guess i will share my short story about how my last week was going..

Im a new player just got kicked out of olvia.. managed to drop a kzarka and with my saved up 150mill and from selling my tri bares gauntlet (i play mystic) i decided to upgrade it to duo, since it would give me same ap and maybe try to tri it since i got the fs for it... well today is 2018. Jan. 01. and after 400 mill, over 350 memes guess what, its still +14... What is more, with my great luck, i managed to farm enough money to buy 6 pila fe scrolls just so i can try to+15 it again... wasted over an hour getting a party together, waited like 15min for the last guy to show up since he had cd on channel switch..i go first, and guess what, the last guy i waited for 10min and was supposed to go after me decided that no, he has no scroll, he is leeching. How to waste 6 pila fe scrolls when every meme counts... great,,, party disbanded. Everybody is going his way, but not the leecher, he decided to try to kill me on my way to heidel...

I wont bother you guys with the gruesome details but lets say he was lvl 60 or 61, and im a lvl 58 mystic with 133 ap and 250 dp...

Anyway i tried +15 again, i was like fuck it and used a 35 fs stack... its now 44 fs... have 1mill left, 18 dura on my weapon, no money to repair, no money to plus, no ap to farm, no awk to even do dmg... This is how my day began on 2018, Jan.01... Happy New Year to you too.

Hello.

Just wanted to share my little luck :) Started the game just a few days ago (5?).

My T5 horse which I got from the Explorers Pack, didn't got very good skills... pretty trash to be honest.

After some digging through the forums, I've found out that, Sprint, Instant Accel, and Drift are very desired skills for racing and for general traveling convenience.

Today, just after new year, I decided to buy for a few mil a new T5 horse. Started at lvl5, then went to sleep while I was doing auto-loop for horse XP.

New player question: Tamer?

I am new at the game and thinking what to start with, tamer seems to be fun to play with but i have no idea what is her status at the game. I see that many players doesn't like her or play her whatsoever but ppl who does like her, are extremely good and shining through videos in youtube. Information that i found so far was conflicting alot with eachother, so i decided to come here. Thank you for your answers and possible tips and happy new year!:)

I'm optimistic I will eventually like this game. I'm raging at it right now though, because this tutorial goes on forever, and it always puts up overlays that sit where I need to see to remap the controls. Basic controls are a little uncomfortable for me. For people with more severe disabilities, zero methods of remapping before the tutorial is complete might be a dealbreaker and surely would be an even greater frustration than it has been for me.

If there is a quick fix I'm overlooking, while telling me that it exists and I am a dumbass for not knowing about it, maybe also explain what it is just in case I am not alone in having this unpleasant initial experience.

Can't play other games when BDO is running(even in tray)

My Setup is

i5-6600k at 4.35ghz geforce gtx 960 4gb 16gb 2133mhz Ram

When the game is running in tray and i try to play another game for example a low memory useage one like Heros of the Storm or League of Legends or doing trading in PoE. And sometimes my Games Crash and say not enough memory or my whole pc Shutdowns and turns into a Black Screen and nothing happens so i have to restart my pc Manually.

What to do during/after 56?

I am really close to 56 and was wondering what I shoud do when I hit it. I almost have full Asula accs, roaring armor, Agerian others and am using Black abyss weap, with a dim offhand (haven't gotten into getting a good +off hand yet). Is there new sets I should farm or change to? Should I just keep level farming? Buy a strong awake weap from market? There is so much I have learned with BDO but I never realized how much of it was pre 56 stuff.
