For the last 2-3 Expansions each 'Final Raid' has had a huge effect on the landscape of World of Warcraft:

Mists of Pandaria destroyed the Veil completely, and also created a power vacuum for the Horde.

Legion left Silithus, a vanilla zone, utterly devestated, with Sargeras' sword sticking out.

and Warlords of Draenor permanently splintered the playerbase with little hope for full recovery.

Anyone else wonder what BfA is gonna bring?

Mythic guild raiders banned live online during massive Nov 30 rotation bot ban wave

ALL rotation bots including out-of-process rotation pixel bots like "frozen" and "maxdps.ru" - that can use rotation helpers (legal addons) to read the screen (that is how they sneakily "hook" into the game without injection) - got hit Thursday night (Nov 30).

Same night, same ban, hilarious excuse (it was my mouse or my broken keyboard!): https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/7gykxb/many_suspended_for_a_crime_they_did_no_commitmost/ (even better, look at that post title!)

This was timed for the new raid world first competition, upcoming Mythic+ dungeon invitation tournament, new pvp season, and fourth quarter earnings (no discount for botter resubs).

Elias "Captain Hooks" Bachaalany, the new blizz god-tier anti-cheat expert, came over from Overwatch to kick some Warcraft botter ass.

If you are on a heroic/mythic raid team many players will suddenly disappear, have the stupidest excuses for missing raids until they buy a black market character, or "rage quit" because wow sucks now (these will be the "top parsers" who always linked dps or hps every pull).

If you are a heroic/mythic raid team leader, expect a minimum of 2-3 players to not show up or have new characters by next Tuesday that need gearing and concordance... They (and those that were missed) will be banned again by next Sunday to clean up world first race and mythic dungeon competition. This will also make warcraftlogs great again.

If you pvp, spam arenas and bgs right now because instant interrupts and perfect opponents will be a thing of the past for a bit.

If you run Mythic+ dungeons expect queues to double with lf 2200+ etc. posts to be taken off after waiting for hours.

Oh, and check out the guild recruitment forums these next few weeks because it will be a feeding frenzy -- if you are looking to get back into raiding, now is the time.

As banned botters have nothing to do right now while desperately waiting for dreamed of safety updates to their beloved leet skillz routines, are typical small-penis sociopath troll cowards, and are going into serious withdrawals according to their discord channels, enjoy the many down votes and personal attacks in comments below.
