| Blizzard, if you are ever going to change Sylvanas trait this is the best time Posted: 27 Dec 2017 11:22 AM PST With the way the game is working as of December 2017, a Sylvanas on your team can get you the core with the first punisher, or the first immortal, or the first zerg wave. It SHOULD get you at least a keep wall, and most usually a keep. This leads to early lvl 10, which leads to next objective with heroic advantage which means game. You already said you guys want to change her trait, and with the current state of the game you will never have a better chance to not get too much backlash on the change. [link] [comments]  | ||

I decided to recreate this list! I hardly scratched a hundred names and, frankly, I'm not sure that it will be possible to find at least a hundred more, but the Blizzard somehow got them! | Absolutely horrible placement matches experience Posted: 27 Dec 2017 07:03 PM PST So I just did my ten placement matches for hero league, haven't done them in awhile. I went 5-5 but the frustrating thing is not a single one of the 5 losses were legit. Only one was even due to player skill. Loss 1: I had a Muradin rage after one person died and then for the rest of the game ran straight at the enemy team after respawning and died over and over again, while cursing everyone on his team for being bads. Loss 2: Sonya on our team was dcing over and over again, she knew her internet was being spotty and still queued up for ranked. Loss 3: There was someone who refused to play anything but butcher on my team. We tried to build a team comp around him, had some shields and heals for him. However, he dove into the enemy team literally 1v5 constantly and then proceeded to swear at us in spanish for not keeping him alive. Loss 4: A Tracer yelled at me three times to heal her in all caps, I told her to please stop yelling at me it was on CD. She proceeded to afk in base for the rest of the game because "maybe in your country caps is yelling but that's your problem." She did get grabbed by the afk sensor at the very end. This game was also going our way until she decided to afk. She said her mount key was on caps which was why that happened. I said, fine, its w/e, just come play and she refused to. Loss 5: Was doing great here on last placement match, was only the second game that wasn't a stomp one way or the other. Then Artanis DC's and never comes back and we lose pretty hard from then on, the bot just couldn't handle it. Of the five wins, I had one game where the enemy Nazeebo kept constantly stopping in the middle of the battefield, (typing shit to his own team maybe?) and another where the enemy appeared to be intentionally feeding. Of the other 3 wins, 2 were roflstomps and one was a close-ish win that could have gone either way. Of the ten games, only one was relatively close, a win where we blew them up late game and the team actually followed me to end the game. I am not complaining about where I was placed (Gold 2 is actually the highest I've ever been placed and I've gone 9-1 before in placement), that's not the point. Only one of the ten games were fun to play and in none of the losses was there anything I could have done to salvage the game. Is this simply the experience in ranked play right now? Because if so, it just isn't worth it to me. Or is this simply something that occurs in placement? Or did I just get hella unlucky? [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 27 Dec 2017 02:32 PM PST When I play every other character I just hold down the right mouse button and move to the cursor and as long as I hold it down it constantly updates; Hanzo doesn't do this, he just goes to the spot where I first clicked and stays there unless I click again. | Since the rework / changes majority of my games have been very chaotic. Posted: 27 Dec 2017 10:49 AM PST We welcomed the changes, it was exciting and refreshing, but it just didn't continue to be refreshing anymore, its just been chaotic since the whole rework & the new season. Both QM and Ranked feels so much in chaos. A lot of the specialist have been moving up in popularity and win rates. Teams are just pushing the keeps as 5 and actually ignoring the objectives which has become the new meta now TBH, like the cursed hollow for example, I have seen numerous times that full 5 man teams will ignore the first two tribute and are just hell bent on pushing keeps and towers, then they just get a level ahead and snow ball the entire game. I use to play a lot of Samuro before and I feel like its not effective anymore, I also play a lot of Dehaka and Sonya, but all I am doing these past games is just defending instead of actually solo laneing and getting camps before the obj. This season its just been push push push or defend the entire game because they have Hammer, Zarya and Morales, and believe its one of the best strategy to just destroy keeps and forts withing few mins. All I have been doing is just busy work, either I am pushing with the team or we are just defending while our special specialist who says they only play specialist is some place away from the team while the enemy is taking down forts and keeps. With the whole match making bug and PBM, it just feels more broken and chaotic, I have seen numerous complains on how the placements games are like a matter of life and death, because if a player has over 500 games played last season, all of them games does not matter and somehow the 10 fking games determine everything. Stealth rework - good concept but poorly executed, Samuro's blade is no longer sated and I am very sad because of it. Nova has become a better samuro than Samuro, valeera is still not considered a good pick in HL because she relies a lot on her stealth, Zeratul is still Zeratul but better combo potential. In my opinion we need an official statement on what the development team thinks tabout how the whole rework has been shifting the meta and picks and what are they doing to address, which I am hoping they should before fire bat release. I'm suuuper excited to play as him because Firebats are my favorite Terran unit. But... shouldn't he be Jack Frost? Some may wonder "who the hell is Jack Frost?" A fair thing to wonder, hypothetical reader! Jack Frost is a named Firebat from the original Starcraft's map editor, who later went on to be a starring cast member in Starcraft: Insurrection, Brood War's oft-forgotten cousin. Jack Frost was a confederacy firebat with an extremely bad case of both the mondays AND smoker's throat. When his superiors demanded he slaughter colonies of potential civilians, he went against orders and tore down their entire local government. He took down a cerebrate that had mind-melded with a radical cultist. He helped destroy a crazed degenerate archon. He fought alongside his allies to the bitter end and died a hero, but not before giving the Zerg one last behemoth-explosion-sized black eye. Doesn't that sound like a firebat hero to you?
