Apparently they massively fucked up the hitboxes of cars in the last patch

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 12:37 AM PST

Proof: https://clips.twitch.tv/IronicWealthyClipzBibleThump

Basically playing Huntress is a nightmare now on Autohaven / maps with Cars. There's a giant invisible pillar on top of all the cars and loops that were normally no problem are now impossible to deal with.

I don't even know how a Wraith nerf changed this, but its BHVR.

Decisive Strike

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 08:46 AM PST

I can deal with everything in this game apart from this perk. Just had a game were all 4 survivors used it and successfully hit the skill check. Hook placement was poor, and so they hit the 35% wiggle easily. Now thankfully I had enduring or this would have been much worse. What make this perk so annoying is that sometimes good survivors can be hard to get near with all the pallet looping spots on certain maps and so if you succeessfully down them and finally get rewarded, this perk makes another chase last a considerable amount of time depending on the level and pallet placement. Time is precious to the killer and this perk is a huge time waster. Although; where is the risk with this perk? There is virtually no drawbacks to picking this perk, no risk at all apart from not hitting the skill check which (let's be honest) isn't hard at all.

I'm not calling for this perk to be nerfed into the ground, but something needs to be done about it. I thought obsession perks were suppose to be high risk/ high reward? It seems thi5 perk is just high reward and that's the annoying /frustrating part

I am so done playing as survivor!

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 12:05 PM PST

I am a killer main, but I try to play as survivor from time to time, because I do find it a bit more relaxing than killer and fun. However, whenever I seem to play survivor, especially when I bring an item, I have to deal with fucking campers.

As a killer main, this infuriates me, because I don't camp or at least I try not to, unless all gens are done. The most recent game was against a Trapper who claims he "wasn't camping" and only that "my friends hated me". Mind you, he never went that far, since I was still IN HIS TERROR RADIUS. But nooooo, he's NOT a camper, my "FRIENDS" (random people) just hated me, even though I had Kindred, so I could see them trying to come and save me.

I wish I could put this guy's name on blast. I wish I would record more to show people these stupid killers. I am so done playing survivor.

From the shitty fucking killers that know nothing but tunneling and camping, to the low amount of BP you get from a match, compared to killer, who, wins or loses, still gets above 15k BP.

If you are a shitty killer that camps or tunnels and tries to come up with shitty excuses. Go fuck yourself with Doctor's Stick.

I wish I could fucking know the killer I am facing, so I could dodge or ban them from playing the game or something. I don't even care about the stupid items I bring anymore, I am just annoyed that I keep having to deal with shitty killers.

I can deal with toxic survivors, again, win or lose, I still gain plenty of BP to satisfy me, but to have to go against a camper and tunneler just to end up with less than 5k BP? FUCK THAT!

Dear Killer Mains [Friendly]

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 12:48 PM PST

Good on you for keeping it up. The killing life can get really rough sometimes. Lobby last-second item switching. In-game and post-game chat toxicity. It sucks, I know. I want you to hang in there. Where would survivors be without us? They wouldnt have a game to play. Whether youre new to the game, or very experienced, your right to have fun is equal to that of the survivors. Don't let survivors ruin your fun. I'd like you to keep this in mind. If all survivors escape, it's not a loss. Not only have you gained more knowledge, tricks, tips and mindgames on that killer, but you had FUN at some point in the match. This is a video game. It is designed to help you have fun. Top-tier killers like Marth88 or DIATECH or Tru3Tal3nt all have experienced an "Entity Displeased" even nowadays with endless practice since the games release. Dont listen to the survivors saying "you suck" even if they DID escape. Because as long as you have had fun, learned new tricks, or even hooked someone once, thats a win in my book. So all in all, enjoy your future killing spree, and keep in mind you will not always kill every survivor or even one. Just hang in there and keep on killing. Love you always, Fellow Killer Main

How About We Talk About Those Hits That Shouldn't Have Hit

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 12:07 PM PST

Perk idea: "Hex: Wards of Evil."

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 07:50 AM PST

Hex: Wards of Evil: A hex based on the Entity's omnipresence. 50%/75%/100% of the totems in the trial become Hex totems. When a survivor fails a skill check within 12/18/24 meters from one of these totems, their aura is revealed to you for 3/4/5 seconds as long as you are 32/24/18 meters away. Whenever one of these totems is cleansed, gain an additional 5%/10%/15% of that survivor's total BP value added to your own per totem. This bonus is only applied post-trial. This Hex supersedes all other Hex totems!

So, what do you guys think?

Why are people hating on wraith again?

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 07:44 AM PST

60%+ of my matches have been against him for a week and he kills me 4/5 games. He's not weak anymore. Is this a different story at high level play?

Edit: Should have mentioned, I rolled Wraith before the update.

Devs, please fix the map geometry on Badham Preschool

Trying to blink through the walls is so frustrating. The walls are so much thicker than they look and charging too long just puts you on the other side of the map.

PSA Insidious Leatherface and How to Counter

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 12:48 PM PST

So I have seen a rise of Insidious Leatherfaces in the basement, or by hooks. Yet so many times Survivors still go for the save, and don't even pay attention. This rewards their Insidious camping playstyle. So I'm getting the word out, be watchful of Insidious, not only on Leatherface but ALL killers. Here is a helpful video giving some tips on how to play against these hard camping Insidious users https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiKQKNrUzxA

Is Leader a good enough perk to build around?

Posted: 18 Dec 2017 06:24 AM PST

Was playing a KYF last night and tried a build with Leader/Bond/Vigil/Sprintburst. Seemed pretty cool, but i wasnt sure how effective leader really was as my friends were saying how trash it was. Is there any other good perks to pair with it? I figure bond is necessary, but perhaps i can swap vigil for something.
