I got tired of not knowing where McCree was ulting. So I made this to know where High Noon is.

Overwatch Dance Emotes reenacted by my Dad

Every time there is a player that doesn't understand how to play with their team (tanks/healers). I check their stats and like 80% of the time they have 5 DPS for their top 5 played...

Posted: 04 Aug 2017 01:00 PM PDT

This isn't to hate on all DPS mains! DPS mains play an important part of the comp. I'm a DPS main.

It's just that, I can't believe how many people don't understand the basics of playing WITH your tank/healer.

Picture of the 11 players from just TODAY (all level 200+) who either...

1) Complained that people in this game are all selfish because no one wanted to tank. And then proceeded to play DPS the whole match.

2) Complained that the tank didn't initiate with them and they got blown up, even though the tank said their ult was 80% charged and needed a few more seconds to be ready.

3) Spammed "I need Healing" while already being healed.

4) Spammed "I need Healing" while placing themselves in a room where you can't LoS them.

5) Spammed "I need Healing" when the healer is keeping the tank with ult and at 10% alive. And then when you explained to them there the concept of triage, got angry.

6) Split up from the group and then was mad they weren't pocketed.

I get it, DPS is fucking fun. At a bare minimum, you should at least learn how to play with your team. If you are only going to play DPS, at least have the decency to be good at it. A good way to learn how to play with your team, is playing Tank/Healer and noting what annoys you about your DPS. Then don't do that shit when you are the DPS.

Please learn to flex

Posted: 04 Aug 2017 08:24 AM PDT

TLDR: If you cannot flex to other roles or heroes atm, please learn to. There are too many people who cannot and it's ruining the point of a team based shooter.

I understand that DPS heroes are some of the most fun characters to play in the game. I really do. And I also understand if you only know how to play Mercy.

I'm sorry, but if you are unable to flex to other heroes or classes, Competitive is not your place.

Overwatch is a team based shooter that revolves around switching heroes to win easier, so just one person who isn't making enough of an impact as DPS or who refuses to even try another healer ruins the game.

Especially with all the sudden DPS only players and one tricks in Competitive, every one person that learns to flex makes the entire community better.

EDIT: I guess the wording in the title was a bit misleading. Basically I just want people to know heroes in multiple categories or multiple heroes in general, so that if it's not working you can switch. Don't refuse to switch and get salty.

South Korea is ruthless

They are just destroying Austria. And that is without going Dive! Leave it to the Koreans to actually get to work and change the meta.

Spoiler Alert: They went Rein, Zarya, Mcree, Hanzo, Ana and Lucio in their first match at King's Row. And they are playing with JUNKRAT!!

Even beating LoL and PUBG

I'm sure it'll drop as soon as KR finishes their games, but its safe to say that we can definitely expect numbers like these at blizzcon.

Korea's matches have been fun to watch too, the off-meta comps are refreshing

Edit: Well rip, we aren't number one any more but theres still strong numbers
