Who is the easiest/most brainless hero in Dota?

Are there any heroes in this game that you'd say could easily be played by a player in a game that's 1k or more MMR above their skill level without failing dramatically? For me, I'd have to say Lich fits this bill. As long as you have fundamentals down, it just seems like this hero can float around and spam frost blast all day and have the same impact as a 200 APM tryhard arc. Lich is always my comfort pick when I'm the outlier in a game that's way above my level (I'm 5.1k and rarely get put into 6k and 7k games)

Question about base damage

Am I right in saying that attributes increase this. Say for example you have a Venge on your team and your playing Drow. Will the agi damage from a Yasha be increased by her vengeful aura but say damage from a claymore wont ?

Is veil ember still a viable build?

Since 7.00 where this build came out of left field, the spell amp talent has been nearly halved, and the cd reduction was bumped up from 20 to 25. So, is veil still worth building? And, if it isn't, what do we build instead?

Does anyone else think PA is very frustrating to play against?

The hero itself might not be very strong, but you just can't help but shout at your screen when she lands those lucky crits. I myself feel like the hero has too high of a variance.

No other hero in the game can delete a support at 25 minutes with 15 mana and without even physically going in to engage. 6 seconds later, he throws another one of those rapier daggers. It's very frustrating to see your support just die out of the blue with little room to counter play. He could get a ghost scepter, but it could mean that other utilities aren't covered. (Force for clock's cogs, euls for Axe, etc.)

I have felt this way since a long time ago and I still do now. This hero has terrrible design. Imagine being a whole item's networth above PA, he manfights you, its a fight you should be winning, but somehow he manages to land 2 very good crits in a row. Boom, now you're at 30% HP and he's still full. If you guys are familiar with Hearthstone, the hero feels very much like Yogg Saron. The card had a negative response from the competitive community and was nerfed due to winning games that shouldn't have been won all due to RNG.

RNG isn't bad, in fact it adds another layer of strategic elements and even fun. Crimson Guard is a great example. 50% chance to block 70 or 0. This makes attackers think twice before jumping in to finish the kill. They might still go in due to having enough damage to finish regardless of the damage block. High variance RNG, however is not fun and in my opinion is the opposite of competitive play.
