TLDR: Don't make this change!

Edit: I tested this on the PTR. This change moves the camera even if your camera is unlocked.

I think the intention behind this change is good, but it's really disruptive to move the camera on a player who has set their camera to unlocked.

Imagine that there are a couple of enemies in lane or at the objective on infernal shrines, and I use MC. When it ends, I am likely to want to join my allies (or not), and I want to keep watching where I'm going on my way, not have the camera snap back away from the action (which is just going to slow me down at best and potentially make me miss information about where enemies are or what cooldowns were used).

This is kinda undoing the hearth camera snap that finally got fixed recently. If my camera is unlocked, please don't touch it. I've made a decision to keep track of my character and camera myself. I don't want 'help' finding my character again, that's what I have spacebar for.

Can we please get this change scuttled? Consider the minor buff of zooming the camera out during MC, or alternatively, reverting this change before it goes out and not changing anything.

Edit 2: It's been suggested that this is okay for people with camera lock. Perhaps consider adding this, but only for people with locked camera. Even better, stop moving unlocked cameras for any reason at all.

PTR AI Match Confirms Pro Team Banners (Maybe More)!

PTR Bug Stukov D heals for 50% more at lvl 1

Stukov Bio-kill switch heals by an extra 50% at lvl 1. He has the lvl 4 vigorous reuptake baseline completed. D is supposed to heal for 520 and it heals for 780 at lvl 1.

I tested it out and when I take the lvl 4 talent vigorous reuptake and complete it, you don't get an extra 50% on top of it. So basically right now, stukov has 50% too much burst healing which can throw away the balance of him.

Anybody else can confirm this?

Found a hilarious Stukov shove bug... [PTR]

If you massively shove an enemy into your towers' gate, the arm does not register a collision and persists indefinitely, resulting in a permanent stun. Makes for some funny bot kills but definitely broken lol.

It doesn't appear to happen every time so it is a matter of positioning, I think.

QOL : Display the stacks for questing talent or traits after the game ends in the talents board

Hello there,

I know this had already been asked many times, but I think we need to ask it again so maybe Blizzard listens about this :)

As said in the tittle, I think we need to have the possibility to see if KT finished his convection at the end of the game, or how many stacks Tyrande ended up with, or even if Butcher completed his trait quest, plus how many stacks did he ended up with if he took the lvl 1 talent Abattoir.

There is a few quests that keeps stacking up after you completed it, plus the regular ones, it would be nice to see it in the talent board without having to rewatch the game until the moment where the losing team core is at 1%, pause the replay, check every hero to see where they were in their quests.

That's just too time-consuming !

Catapults not dealing any damage on PTR

I don't know if it happens on all matches but the match I just played on battlefield of eternity, the catapults did their animations and shot their bullets but no damage was being done to minions/heroes.

Just wondering if anyone else has notice or seen this happening on the PTR?

Edit: From the comments it seems any siege based minion/merc isn't doing any dmg (Siege Giant and Sappers).

Abilities

Spectral Scythe (Q) Mana cost reduced from 65 to 55 Cursed Strikes (W) Mana cost reduced from 65 to 60 Bone Prison (E) Now causes all active Skeletons to fixate on the target. 

Talents

Level 1 Shackler (Active) Added functionality: Basic Attacking a Hero that is slowed, rooted, or stunned reduces the cooldown of Bone Armor by 2 seconds. Level 4 Reaper's Toll (Q) New functionality: !Quest: Hit enemy Heroes with Spectral Scythe. !Reward: After hitting 20 Heroes, reduce the cooldown by 3 seconds. Jailors (Trait) New functionality: Cause 2 Skeletons to spawn when you cast Bone Prison. These do not count toward the maximum limit of Skeletons you can own. !Quest: Spawn Skeletal Warriors. !Reward: After spawning 80 Skeletons, when Skeletal Warriors fixate on an enemy from Bone Prison they gain 50% Movement and Attack Speed. (New) Grim Scythe (W) Every time Cursed Strikes damages enemies, reduce its cooldown by .5 seconds, up to 10 seconds. Rathma's Blessing (Trait) Removed Level 13 Decrepify (Q) Removed Giant's Curse (W) Removed (New) Echoes of Death (Q) After an additional 1.5 seconds, 2 more Spectral Scythes appear next to the first and travel back to Xul dealing 75% damage. (New) Rapid Harvest (W) When Xul damages an enemy with Cursed Scythe, he gains 5% Attack Speed for 3 seconds, up to 75%. Executioner (Passive) Moved from 16 to 13. Level 16 Skeleton Mastery (Trait) Removed Corpse Exposion (Trait) Moved from level 13 to level 16 Bone Spear (Active) Moved from level 20 to level 16 Cooldown increased from 10 to 12 seconds. I just watched mewnfarez' stream with the lead Stukov animator Lana Bachynski and I found it very cool to see how proud she was when she talked about her work. That really shows that all the people behind the visual things are loving their jobs. Yet they get so little credit from the community.

I was messing around with Stukov in Try Mode and I found a bug where the push ultimate doesn't stop after an enemy hits terrain. Could be pretty OP lol. However, it only seems to happen when an enemy hits your gate. https://gfycat.com/BonyScarceJay

Do you guys know Li-Ming have serious bug now?

Glass cannon is not adding damage to Orb at longer distances when comboed with orb at 7 and 16 making the combo essentially useless and a trap for new players to lower their HP for no reason.

I'ts been like this for a while now ! Hey, blizzard, it worked in the other thread so I thought it was worth a shot.
