- I honestly wouldn't mind evil Cortana if they went all-in with her being malfunctioning and clearly rampant. This concert art makes me wish they had Cortana portrayed as "100 percent malfunctioning and EVILLLLLLL"

- Regicide and Dominion were really great gametypes and I'm disappointed that they didn't return because of the community backlash. Also, Headhunter deserves to return too.
- Does anyone know why halo 3's theater is able to accurately replay moments in matchmaking gameplay, while halo 5's theater is extremely laggy?
- Recently found my old copy of Halo 3 with an untouched poster in the case... I miss getting cool stuff like this with my games!

Warzone Dominion could add a whole new level of complexity to the battles with the turrets, should a map be made to properly work with the mechanic. Regicide was just pure fun, both FFA and team. I've never had a 1v1 moment quite as intense as a King Joust in any other gametype. Screw hating it for its mild upset of pure competitiveness: thats what social playlists are for. Also I it was in Reach instead of Halo 4, but I really miss headhunter. It seemed to be hugely popular and I'm not sure why it hasn't come back. EDIT: many people are mentioning ricochet too. While it doesn't pop up on my top 3 favorite gametypes, I do miss that as well. It made the assault gametype more diverse. Here's hopin that Halo 6 maintains the great arena of Halo 5 and brings back the great forgotten gametypes of the past as well. [link] [comments]  | ||

Level looks like the first mission, radar and health are the same, and you're using the pistol to 3-shot what looks like a weird morphing of Grunts and Elites. Howeverc, since then no official word about Cortana's role in the series has been said again and we've had a comic where she tortures composed entities and basically changed 'She's the Cortana you knew!" to "She's Cortana's evil clone!" But I was listening to the soundtracks to halo 1 2 and 3 and it really took me back to a peaceful time when things weren't stressful. I don't have any friends that play, and I super miss the old days where coop campaign was the way to go. So calm, so fun, exhilarating at times, and all in all simply an envious experience. Anyone play the Master Chief Collection? I'm dying for coop partners that share the same nostalgia as I do. TL;DR I want to play halo 2 or 3 campaign with someone just like old times. | Posted: 12 Jul 2017 07:46 PM PDT So I've been playing Zelda: BOTW on master mode lately without a HUD or minimap for maximum immersion and exploration, and it got me thinking: my dream game would be essentially BOTW, on a Halo ring, where you are the lone survivor of a crashed frigate. You have complete freedom akin to BOTW. Combat mechanics remain traditional halo. The main difference is that there is now emphasis on exploration rather than just action. [link] [comments]  | ||

My son wants to play halo with other people around the world. Similar to how he plays minecraft on servers and meets people ( or whatever that's called lol) Is this possible for him to do with ODST or reach. He also has halo 4 and we are on Xbox 360. We have the 2 discs for ODST and halo 4. But only have the 1st disc for halo reach ( unsure if there is even a second one for it) Can anyone tell me what to do and how to do it?
