Why did they implement the feature where we could move while empowering our artifact, but only applied it to certain AP-gain items? Posted: 01 May 2017 12:18 PM PDT At one point you could run and use most of the items giving you artifact power, but as we've progressed further into 7.1.5 and 7.2, it seems like that about 90% of the Artifact Power gains I get, is not castable while moving. EDIT: this post gained more traction than expected just wanted to clear up that I'm not neglecting the baby or the wife in favor of WoW it was a frustration post made when I had an hour of free time today, entered WoW and thought that I have X tokens that I need to use before the reset, a bunch of WQs waiting in Broken Shore, M10 to finish for the week and farm some AP before I can take some leisure WoW time; I ALT-F4'ed out of my new found job and went to chill with some Mario Kart now bringing all parents of Azeroth together EDIT 2: didn't realize that there are so many new and old parents around here.
