Starting playing just yesterday on PS4. Have 2 questions regarding magic and one general.

This game is sooo scratching the itch I had for a game. So I'm building a mage since I love that kind of stuff

1) I'm only in whiterun and I got rid of the original mage stuff you get in the beginning because I didn't think I would like the magic. So I killed some witches and got their robes to give the regeneration. Problem is I don't have a hood or ring to give me any bonuses. Where can I get some this early just to get started?

2) does element make any difference here? I like the way lightning looks but I'm unaware if elements make a difference.

3) do enemies respawn? If I wanna train how do I do that? I'm finding that if I leave and come back later they are all still dead.

Thanks! I don't want to see any guides. I wanna figure this out myself and have fun with it.

Do you buy Kodlak's death ?

Ran through the Companion's storyline again and again however, what I don't fathom is how easily Kodlak gets wrecked by a bunch of Silver Hand low lives. He was supposed to have fended off a 100 (or 40) Orc berserkers, no mean feat. Anyone else who's apprehensive about the manner in which he was slain ? Skjor's death was reasonable but Kodlak had the entirety of Jorrvaskr at his back.

Elder Scrolls VI will probably come out in the early 2020s. This release of it will around 10 years since the last Elder Scrolls game. At the rate the new Elder Scrolls games are releasing, most of us will be dead by the time Bethesda get's around to releasing an Elder Scrolls game for every province in Tamriel.

I believe that the next Elder Scrolls games should take place in multiple provinces so it'll be possible for the original fanbase of the Elder Scrolls series to experience playing in every province in the Tamriel (excluding ESO).

skyrim is one of my favorite games if not favorite game of all time. however that doesnt mean i can ignore its flaws.

such as many, bugs, glitches,crashes, getting stuck in death loops on legendary difficulty, follower ai being garbage, etc i might take a break from skyrim and play it again after es6 comes out.
