Posted: 02 Apr 2017 02:34 AM PDT Confirmed fake, puzzle by Math Class, not affiliated with BungieBe skeptical guys, there are strong hints that this might be a bamboozle (fake)!Evidence pops up that the IP can't be obtained from the Bungie published images. Only /u/photodog and /u/zedr were able to obtain the IP as of yet, they might be the same person trying to troll us. See this comment from /u/iondune for more details. More arguments for it being fake here by /u/OldWitchOfCuba. My original comment is below, however, as stated: Proceed with caution, be skeptical unless Bungie confirms that they are indeed behind this. /u/photodog found something "fishy" about the images Bungie uploaded to their Facebook and Twitter compared to the "original" one, released in the press kit. Best to read his full story here. When comparing the images, there was a strange pattern visible - definitely not "natural" from compression or anything. A couple of hours ago, /u/zedr finally found the code behind the pattern - see his comment here. The pattern revealed an IP address plus port: 52.38.192.25:7777. When you telnet to that address, you'll get strange messages and need to enter codes. As of now it is unclear what exactly needs to be entered! | Benefits of a Destiny 2 Friday Launch Posted: 02 Apr 2017 04:05 AM PDT Greetings, Guardians. As we all know, Destiny 2 is taking the untraditional route and releasing on a Friday instead of a Tuesday. Since this is the case, it is likely that weekly resets could also occur on Fridays. In my opinion, I think this would be fantastic for the Destiny Community. I'd take a guess and say that a majority of our Guardians work the typically Monday-Friday. How great would it be to get off work on Friday, knowing a reset happened that morning, and not having to worry about heading to work the next day? Friday night will be loaded with thousands of Guardians ready to hit their weekly goals. If this is the case, I have a lot of late night Fridays to look forward to! It's a stunning piece of armor but it has absolutely no saving grace whatsoever that would make it even compare to legendary helmets really grinds my gears man. I feel like warlocks have kind of always had an exotic armor problem too, in terms of there being any real good reason to switch among about 3 exotics Mini rants welcome below. The majority of the guardians in the reveal didn't have any either. And the one thing carrying over is our faces. Pherhaps Bungie plans to finally add some...chracter back to our character! I loved Year 1, the Tower truly felt like it had a mmo element as there was no helmets in the Tower (helmets on feature) that it really felt alive and a real social space. Then Bungie came along for those who were embarrassed by their looks and requested a helmet option in the tower to cover their shame lol. So please Guardians of new and old, please take the time to create your characters and not rush into it and regret it a year later and wear a helmet. Literally 95% of the Tower or reef has a helmet on, I only see me and a very few true Guardians take off their helmets since the Tower and Reef both have Oxygen. Now that Age Of Triumph has come out to celebrate our victories in the raids, I'm surprised to see only 46% of players have ever completed a raid in Destiny, at least on Xbox. I'm not sure where to find it for PlayStation. I wonder why so few players have completed them especially with resources like Destiny Sherpa out there for players. Have requirements like kill 2.5k wizards, decrypt 5k legendary engrams, kill 5k Titans in Crucible to level up clan level and gain rewards like permanent 10% bonus reputation, extra legendary marks, etc. You only get these staying in the clan and level up your clan reputation. Bungie releases a final public event where you are notified that the tower is being attacked by a fierce wave of Cabal. You are taken to your vault, where you are presented to choose one final load out to fight the Cabal with before the tower collapses.
So there you have it Guardians. Your load out for the final fight. What are you rolling with? Choose wisely.. once you make the selection, no switching. Fight takes place on the tower, Cabal are coming from all directions. Including mine: Primary: Shadow Price - Crowd Control / Perfect Balance / Counter Balance.. it's a classic. Have to go with it. Secondary: Y1 Secret Handshake... forgot the perks. It was the vendor one that was very good in PvE. Used it a lot on PoE Heavy: Iron Gjallarhorn. Just have to. Posted: 02 Apr 2017 07:26 AM PDT The Memory of Felwinter artifact makes you lose your super, but gain two melee/grenade charges with huge boosts to DSP/STR. I found it very useful for the first two parts of the quests, especially for Warlock. Hope this helps some Guardians complete those book nodes and get that awesome shirt!
