Well well, i have been looking for this beauty...

Had to keep reloading a save because a Dragon attacking Riverwood kept killing Alvor. Here he is on the 4th load, bathing in flames. Again.

Best mini prank I've pulled yet

Let's hunt.

TIL: If you use waterwalking you can die and lose 30 minutes of progress

Posted: 20 Feb 2017 06:29 AM PST

I was in Nchardak and I had the waterwalking boots on, I retrieved the final cube and the water level started rising, before I could take off the boots of waterwalking I hit the roof and died. I was deposited outside of the ruins and now I have to do it all over again. :| Thanks Todd

I'll just let dragons terrorize Winterhold next time. Ungrateful prick.

Do you get to the Cloud District very often? Oh, what am I saying? You can't leave this cellar.

Does anyone else have trouble rp'ing as a pure evil character?

Posted: 20 Feb 2017 02:18 AM PST

I always wanted to start a necromancer skeleton-army pure evil guy who wields a battleaxe, but I always find it hard to rp as a bad person. I just don't know why...

My original main was a Khajiit, and I've always have fond feelings for the Khajiit. They're just so down-to-earth with their trading caravans and "may your path lead you to warm sands." The part that ALWAYS makes me break my bad-guy immersion is when that woman in Whiterun asks you to get her a mammoth tusk. She trusts the Khajiit, will teach you Speech, she's super nice to me...why should I be a dick to her!?

That's just one of the scenarios where I have trouble. My characters are usually always "doing the right thing" which I like, but it's weird to be good as a dark character.

So uh...thinking I should open a Potion shop?

Posted: 19 Feb 2017 09:50 PM PST

Cast Fire Storm to finish a dragon; looks like I blasted its skin off.

What's your favourite miscellaneous quest and why?

Posted: 20 Feb 2017 01:46 AM PST

For me, I found House of Horrors to be one of the most fun misc quests I've done so far. It really kept me on my toes and I'm digging the Mace of Molag Bal.

Can well take a moment to respect the nice job on Apocrypha?

Posted: 19 Feb 2017 12:47 PM PST

The entire feel of the place, the Seekers and lurkers, the tentacles and the color tone, it makes it all feel like so authentic and original.

I really think Bethesda did a great job with it, even small touches like the books, the scry orbs etc.

Put some Respek on that Apocrypha.

edit: woops the title.... should be 'can we all'

So, apparently Durnehviir has special dialogue if you meet him before doing Dragon Rising.
