I wish they would expand the soul magic skill line. I think it has alot of potential to have cool abilities but as it is now its pretty worthless.

Share your furniture recipe farming spots here!

Posted: 06 Feb 2017 11:59 PM PST

Have you been recently farming for furniture recipes? If so, where? Don't worry about giving away your spot; containers are all instanced so other people opening them doesn't affect you.

Personally, I've been farming in the Coldharbour Bank and Inn, because nothing there is marked as stolen. (If containers are marked as stolen they have less chance of dropping furnishing plans).

Where have you all been farming?

Edit: There's an even better spot I didn't mention: Razak's Wheel, Bangkorai. There are urns everywhere, and it acts as a three-in-one (even a four-in-one). You get to farm furniture recipes from the urns, but also Dwemer Motifs from some specific urns as well. Kill the world bosses as you go around and you could get some good Spriggans stuff that is worth a few thousand (or even a few hundred thousand), and if you kill lots of mobs it's also decent XP grinding.

Seriously, don't be ungrateful or hateful.

Posted: 06 Feb 2017 11:22 PM PST

I have seen a MASSIVE amount of forum posts, facebook messages, twits (is that what they're called?) about how "lacking" the houses are in term of features.

I mean, look, I get it in their current state they're a gold-sink and THAT'S FINE.

This is just the BEGINNING. Look at all the groundwork ZoS has laid for future developments. All the amazing systems for housing they put in place and all the asset work they put into the game.

I am positive that ZoS will add all the stuff we want later, but I truly believe that this update was to get Housing out and get all the framework, UI, and behind-the-scenes stuff done so they can get down to the good stuff on future patches. I'm sure we'll see cool housing stuff each DLC, I guarantee it if they find a way to make money out of it (which they will).

But, really, don't be a dick. ZoS clearly put a TON of work into Homestead and I'm happy with what we have for now.

My biggest wish right now is better permissions for guild members for a more workable Guild Hall or multiple people living in the same house. Right now as it stands it's kind of annoying that you can't place your own furniture in a Guild Hall, mainly because if the person who owns the house can't get some of the cool achievement stuff then you're kind of SoL until you guys either get them the achievement or wait for them to do it themselves.

I'm not salty, ungrateful, or hateful--I know a lot of people are requesting more versatile permissions and I'm sure we'll get it in time.

tl;dr Anyway, I guess I'm just mad because there's a lot of people being huge dicks. Don't be a huge dick.

Crafters rejoice! If you have access to the Craft Bag through ESO Plus, you can now deconstruct items and refine materials even when your inventory is full.

Farming Gold in TESO. Been Away for some months and market doesnt seem so profitable anymore? What's the best way?

Posted: 07 Feb 2017 02:04 AM PST

Hey guys,

I did always make my gold in eso through the market. Especially when one tamriel came up it was veeery lucrative. However.. I have had a break with eso and now coming back I see that the market changed a lot and there aren't really a lot of margins anymore?

How do you guys farm your gold. What's the most comfortable way for you? what's the most profitable? I always enjoyed playing the market very much

The Hardest Decision I've Ever Made In This Game

Posted: 06 Feb 2017 10:15 PM PST

No, it's not to pick which main character I want to sacrifice for a good cause. It's not to choose whether I let a bad parent's child die and end its century long suffering or allow the parent to live with its child while the child suffers for eternity. It's not to figure out whether I should take the left path or the right path, it's spending hours to decide which freaking house I should buy.

Then again, is that such a bad thing? Great job with the Housing System ZOS!
