| Near unplayable stuttering on PC. Posted: 30 Jan 2017 09:48 PM PST Here are my specs: i7 3770 GTX 1060 6GB 8GB DDR3 I used to have a 660 and it didn't seem to run this poorly. When driving, it runs smooth and a few times every couple seconds it drops to 1 or 2 fps, sometimes freezing for a full second or two. Does it on foot as well but not nearly as bad. I'm on medium ish settings, used to be on high but it hasn't made it any better lowering it. Tried turning off anti aliasing, nothing. Tried changing the distance scaling, refresh rate, vsync, everything. Still stutters terribly. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks. [link] [comments]  | ||

Are there any mods you guys recommend that works well with the current patch? (944.2) I'm actually very interested in mods that fine-tune the police (CPRE or RDE) and the Hulk mod. When I start the downloader, it will run at about 4-6 MB/s and then after about a minute, it will die down to about 50 KB/s.
