Just revealed in a Richard Lewis video. This is the first time I have heard of a team asking for money simply to show up, seems like it's a leverage of their large fanbase and the viewership it will bring. What does /r/leagueoflegends think of this?

Camille deserves nerfs - but lets do it right

I've spammed the ever loving hell out of camille lately and have just recently hit mastery 7 on her, and I can confirm that she is busted. However I feel like what riot generally ends up doing is just nerfing the base stats or damage of a champ like her until she is effectively gutted. There are less drastic ways to nerf her that will still keep her as a viable pick, but not as oppressive.

The main thing with her that makes her hilariously busted in my opinion is her ability to trade for free in lane with little to no counterplay for most opposing toplaners. Unless you are playing jax, poppy, or fiora, camille's lane is almost as abusive as renektons with her also scaling better into the game. The main issue is the q2 prep e-aa-q combo, which can deal an upwards of a third of someones health with absolutely no way to deal with it.

So what are the best ways to nerf her?

-Increased e cooldown in the early levels by a lot, I feel like a ~20 second cd will keep her ability to trade for free down

-Remove attack speed buff on e, its a completely unnecessary stat boost and I'm not quite sure why its there

-Make her shield health percentage scale by level, starting at 10% and increasing to 20%

These nerfs will serve to bring her back in line without going too far, if she still needs nerfs after that she can get looked at again

Jhin returned to mid lane, with potions just in case.

To the sight of his jungler, who had taken his place.

They were stealing his minions, absorbing his gold.

"Get out!" he yelled, "You've already been told!"

Jhin returned to his opera, the minions his cast,

They went down so swiftly, with every gun blast,

His eyes met Camille's, her optics cold and hard,

"Nice champ" he scoffed, "you unskilled tard."

On that note she lunged, escaping Jhin's sight,

Jhin almost lost footing, unprepared for a fight,

A few moments later, Camille joined him for a stun,

The marksman flashed away, attempting to run.

Jhin sprinted to his tower, with a slither of life,

He was so close to safety, away from this strife,

Just then, a barrier, appeared all around him,

Camille right behind, For Jhin things looked grim.

She assaulted her enemy, his lifebar draining,

Jhin was torn into shreds, very little remaining.

Another kill for Camille, for now she had plenty,

"GG" Jhin typed, "Surrender at Twenty"

As a self proclaimed connoisseur of good music and musician/composer of 13 years, I must say I have no words to describe the amazing quality of music this company has been putting out consistently for champ releases etc especially in the past 2 years. Well done, I am very much a fan. Just watched the making of the thresh thematic for dark star thresh, and really enjoyed seeing the level of detail and creativity they are allowed for these theme songs, so legit!

I try to convince myself I'm a busy dude and I keep going to this subreddit to follow the updates.

Everytime I see a Aphromoo thread he amazes me with his prediction. His knowledge about this game is beyond human, but I also think his empathy plays a role in him being likeable. He's such a cool dude with great attitude and puts others well being before his own

I made this thread because I've had some beers, but I really love seeing guys like him perform. He's a cool kid and I wish him the best.

I understand this thread doesn't belong here, but in times like these I think we need to highlight the small things and take joy out of it. That's what Aphromoo gives me and I hope you guys enjoy these small things too.

Bless all you guys and girls and let's hope the LoL community will keep these small joys up and get us through the next year!

So the general theme is robots, afaik it includes all Project skins, All Battlecast skins, all Mecha skins, the Program Skins (minus camille) and some extra (like Nunu bot!)

Some excel magic allowed me to calculate that a skin shard dropped by these chests has:

  • An average RP value of 1380

  • A 20.7% chance at a value of 1820 RP

  • A 86.2% chance at a value of >=1350 RP

  • A 96.5% chance at a value of >=975 RP

Regardless of whether or not you think these skins are cool, for the essence alone you have huge chance of getting more than you paid for. Unless RNJesus really, really, really hates you.

They are far better in value than Braum's little helpers and fun and games. That is, those themes include legacy skins, which can have more subjective value than their (often 520) RP price indicates.

If there's interest for this sort of thing I can put more themes into the spreadsheet, I need to know their contents though, so far I only know the ones mentioned here, plus looting stars, Fired Up, Frozen Friends and Mistletoe.

My guess would be ShrimP and then the possibility of an unknown rookie AD? Maybe Mash if nobody else appears to be available?
