Dota 2 FAQ : Blink no longer core on Templar Assassin?

Lately, Blink Dagger Blink Dagger does not seem to be picked up a lot on Templar Assassin. Can someone tell me what is the standard build for her now? Explanation will be really appreciated.

The way I like to play her is to build Power TreadsPower Treads/YashaYasha or Power TreadsPower Treads/Drum of Endurance Drum of Endurance. The way I've seen her played on RTZ is going for a Hand of Midas Hand of Midas and then Black King BarBlack King Bar/ Desolator Desolator (not actually sure what his boots of choice are though I suspect it might be phase, can't remember). Blink Dagger Blink Dagger is definitely still picked up, but it really depends on the situation so I wouldn't label it as a "core" in that you need to pick it up every game, but it's still a good item forTemplar Assassin .
The way I see it, if you are going to do a lot of ganking, you should get Blink Dagger Blink Dagger (assuming you are getting kills) because it helps you burst people down, and allows for better initiation and whatnot. If you are having a rough start or plan to be farming more than 20 minutes (like RTZ does) you should get items that increase damage/survivability

Blink Dagger Blink Dagger is situational. If you have to deal with a lot of DOT (which is likely going to be the case, because that is what you want to pick against Templar Assassin Refraction), Blink Dagger Blink Dagger might not be the ideal item choice as it's likely to get disabled, in which case it's going to be a waste of an item slot and 2150 gold.
  • Blink Dagger Blink Dagger gives no stats, and the mid role has moved away from ganker/initiator to farmer.
  • Drum of Endurance Drum of Endurance gives her much needed HP, some extra stats, and the MS aura. Plus, the Robe of the Magi Robe of the Magi helps with her mana pool post Refraction nerf.
  • YashaYasha is a great DPS item for agi carries, and it gives move speed for chasing
  • Hand of Midas Hand of Midas helps her transition into the late game by boosting her farm. She doesn't need any damage item for the first 20 minutes, so you can get damage items once mid-game hit without having to snowball
