ESL One Frankfurt Date
ESL One will take place from Saturday the 28th until Sunday the 29th of June. The event will start at 11:00AM / 11:00h (CEST, GMT+2) and end at 11:00PM / 23:00h on both days. Doors open at 9:00AM / 9:00h.
ESL One Frankfurt Arena
With a capacity of 51,500 spectators, it is among the ten largest football stadiums in Germany. The stadium hosted both the 2006 FIFA World Cup as well as the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup, for which it hosted four matches including the final.

The Secret Shop: No Dota 2 event would be complete without a secret shop! ESL One Frankfurt will have a massive secret shop for all your Dota 2 merchandise needs! ESL will also be present and have their own store available for even more Dota 2 related and other merchandise.
ESL One Frankfurt Format
ESL One Frankfurt will run a single-elimination bracket, with every game being a Bo3, excluding the Grand Finals, which will be played out as a Bo5. While this format shows absolutely no mercy and won´t give any team a second chance, it is attractive nonetheless.
Only seven matchups will be played out over the course of the weekend, with every single one of them being massively important, since only the victor will be able to move on to the next round. You have to beat everybody in order to succeed, just like it is intended.
