ESL One has just announced their hosts and crew for their upcoming tournament, the ESL One Frankfurt, which will take place in Germany's Commerzbank Arena on the 28th and 29th of June. The event will feature a star studded crew with hosts Paul 'ReDeYe' Chaloner, and Salome 'Soe' Gschwind.

ReDeYe is one of the world's leading digital sport's shoutcasters, hailing from Britain and having his roots in the early gaming scene, casting for Quake, then Counter-Strike, StarCraft: Wings of Liberty, and now Dota 2. ReDeYe has worked for numerous international gaming events, having hosted 2012's DreamHack Winter and Bucharest, WCS Germany, UK, and Europe finals.

Although less well known in the Dota 2 community, he is renowned in others with his appearances in the Intel Extreme Masters, and television shows in SKY and ESPN, which are American sports television channels. He is currently hired by the Electronic Sports League, also known as ESL.
ReDeYe will be joined by Soe, who is more well known in the Dota 2 community. Having her professional pedigree in hosting and commentating for Blizzcon, StarCraft II's World Championship Series, GamesCom, IEM, and many other prestigious esports events.

Beginning in Quake as well, she has shifted to working with World of Warcraft, StarCraft II, and finally became involved in Freaks 4U Gaming's project, joinDota. Becoming more involved and focusing more on the Dota 2 community, the Swiss-born commentator has proliferated in recognition within the scene in a short period of time.
The two hosts will be joined by joinDota's gaming casters and commentators Toby 'Tobiwan' Dawson, Troels 'Synderen' Nielson, Austin 'Capitalist' Walsh, and BeyondTheSummit's Ben 'Merlini' Wu.
These casters will be assisted by Bruno 'Bruno' Carlucci, and former professional player for Sigma.int, Sebastien '7ckingmad' Debs, who will be manning the analyst desk and providing gaming insights through the tournament.

Tobi 'TobiWan' Dawson:
"I have commentated many different LAN events in many different sizes in a lot of countries, and every time I knew what I was heading to but this event...I have never seen an LAN event this big. It is feelings like this that get me excited for an event again, breaking new ground and doing something never done before."

The venue, Commerzbank Arena is a highly unusual venue for a Dota 2 tournament and spectatorship, with the ESL One Frankfurt being the first Dota 2 tournament to be held in a former FIFA (2006) World Cup stadium.
The prize pool currently stands at $197,000 at time of writing, with a $150,000 base prize pool and $47,000 being contributed by the community. Every purchase of the ESL One Compendium will contributed $2.50 to the prize pool.
