Petition to add a Grimstroke soundline when planting a happy little tree!

Posted: 05 Sep 2018 12:48 AM PDT

I can't believe Valve added a painter to the game and when planting an iron branch he doesnt say: "A happy little tree" or "There are no accidents" EDIT: "we don't make mistakes, we have happy accidents" . Cmon bruh...

Also Grimstroke's Afro arcana with Bob Ross sound samples.

Cheers!

Edit: Omg as WR would say: Thanks for the gold!

The Kuala Lumpur Major Announcement Thread - Qualifiers, schedule and ticket information

Posted: 05 Sep 2018 04:13 AM PDT

Hello everybody,

As excited as we were to get the Dota Pro Circuit Season 2018/2019 underway, knowing that we can finally announce the Kuala Lumpur Major, which we will be running in collaboration with Astro and Imba TV, has increased our hype to new heights. This will be the first event of the season, and we are aware of the responsibility that implies. It will set the tone for the rest of the year and it will be the first big step of the Dota 2 Universe towards The International Shanghai 2019.

Summer may be over, but the party is just beginning. Keep reading for details about the event.

General tournament information

Kicking off the second season of the Dota 2 Pro Circuit, the Kuala Lumpur Major will take place on 16 to 18 November at Axiata Arena.

The Kuala Lumpur Major will see 16 of the best Dota 2 teams around the world fight in a LAN event for a $1.000.000 prize pool. There will be no direct invites to either Minors or Majors. The Major qualifier will run first, and teams who do not qualify for the Major will be eligible to compete in the Minor qualifiers a few days later. The winner of the Minor Main Event will have a reserved slot in the respective Major happening shortly afterwards. - The Dota Pro Circuit 2018 – 2019, blog post

Grimstroke's Spirit's aggro priority is broken

Posted: 04 Sep 2018 08:08 PM PDT

If you think about it, his spirit is a lot like weaver's bug from Swarm, it latches onto you and it's really hard to click on. However in the case of the weaver bug you can always just A click the ground in front of you and your hero will promptly start hitting it. But for some weird reason such is not the case with Grim's Spirit, the A click completely ignores it if there's anything attackable near you, and the only way to get rid of it is to manage to click on it somehow, which is strange because it's arguably even more crucial to remove it from yourself than weaver's bugs. Can we please get this fixed? It's really annoying to play against.
