The only bad thing about this is that lobbies could possibly be hard to fill as every single gym is now a raid. Coordination and teaming up with people is going to be important. | Posted: 06 Jul 2018 05:36 PM PDT 3 days ago, on July 3rd, we let our 2 dogs out at 10pm. At 10:15, we went to bring them back in, but one of them, didn't come back. At 10:20, after looking in the back yard and around the house, we went out to look in our neighborhood. At 10:30, we were about to go out on a main road when a couple approached us and said "Are you looking for a dog". We said yes, and they told us, he got hit by a car. We asked if he was ok, but he wasnt. He had been dead for 5 minutes. He was 2 years old and about to turn 3. His name is McCoy. This hit me, VERY, hard. I have been crying every morning and every night since it happened. A month before this happened, I started to get back into pokemon go and walked them while I played. I played everyday. They became more and more important to my everyday life just from this little game and then It ended. To help distract myself I have been playing non-stop. Its helping a lot. I admit im becoming kind of addicted. So thank you pokemon go, for helping me get through this. Pokemon go, is so much more than a game to a lot of people, and right now, for me it is. Thank you. | [Complaint] Style Items Shouldn't Cost so Much Posted: 06 Jul 2018 08:07 AM PDT This is a little mini rant about a less important part of the game. Considering the coins required for raid passes, incubators, starpieces, bag space, pokemon storage, etc. it drives me crazy that a shirt or shoes or whatever costs 200-500 coins. We even have to pay for clothing we "unlock" with medals or research. I personally like customizing characters and don't think we should have to pay so much to have our player in a sweatshirt or vest or something. At the very least, give more options that are lower cost so we can shake it up a bit. We all know the real money is made on boxes and such, so why not? [link] [comments]  | ||

Just catching a pokemon is fun but wouldn't it be cool to bust out one of your 1000+ pokemon gathering dust in your backpack to weaken the wild 'mon for a bonus? I really like all my collection of pokemon but I rarely put my Electrode in a gym, why not a battle against a wild pokemon who is weak against electric type? ...and to piggy-back with another question, now that we have friends, can we battle eachother soon? Q2: No explanation needed. Not everyone needs a trophy, not everyone needs to be able to claim a gym. Earn that XP and level up your pokes like the rest of us. Could anybody and everybody at all trainer levels hold a gym in traditional pokemon platforms? mmmmm No. Q3: Nurse Joy! Where are you when we need you?!
