We met through Craftaholics guild chat, we fished through Craglorn, Bangkorai, and Glenumbra. I even gave you some fish food. You were helping me get my last blue would fish in Glenumbra when suddenly I was booted from the server.

The server status says it's fine, my friends haven't been kicked, and I cannot get back on. I hope you see this and know that I hadn't friended you yet, but I wanted too. I didn't just leave to to fish alone without saying anything.

Hopefully I'll be able to get back in, find you and guild chat but if I'm disconnected for a while, I didn't want to hurt your feelings.

Let me preface this with the statement that I have PUG healed every veteran dungeon except for 4 of the DLC dungeons as a Sorcerer Healer, successfully.

As a healer I have had scores of negative experiences with players using the Activity Finder. From being 45% of the parties DPS to dual lightning staff sorcerer's trying to pass as tanks because they have a 20k ward. Most recently I abandoned a group because a DPS queued as tank. Usually this means I have to perform while everyone else is screwing around and this 'tank' did do a decent amount of damage weighing in at 85% or the parties damage according to combat metrics. While this damage dealer was competent I had to spam heal him on trash mobs (as if we were fighting a boss) and this person would get 0HKO by certain boss moves. Which is certainly irritating on the first boss on a dungeon. I wished the party good luck and promptly left the group.

I don't mind repeatedly (max 4) explaining mechanics to ensure a groups success, but I do expect Veteran Dungeon groups to be outfitted to their role to a minimal level. If you don't at least have a taunt on your bar, I have even less patience for you. Most people would be salty if their healer didn't have a healing ability.

I suppose the question boils down to: is it justified to leave a party if people misrepresent their expected roles after confronting them?

Personally, I try to communicate with people but most of them acknowledge that they are unfit for their role and I have no qualms waiting 12 minutes to be in another dungeon.

Getting level 50 is bad for PvP

I am not very good PvP player but I have been doing daily battleground while levelling. I have won many matches or came 2nd etc. Now that I have gotten level 50 and only have 30 CP, I am being put into battle ground with other player who have 750+ CP and its really painful! I easily get 2 or 3 shotted! And this means its proving very difficult even to come 2nd to finish the daily battlegrounds.

What do most people do in this case? Ignore battleground till you get lots of CP or still go and hope for the best?

This is noob question but I am bit confused about why people worry about researching all the traits on a armour pieces?

As far as I understands, a crafted item can only have 1 trait. Or can you have more than 1 trait in an gear? For example, DK tanks go after the sturdy trait in their gear. So all other traits are no good and o need to worry about it right?

What is the best set combo for magplar?

My wife loves this game. Let me start there! I play all kinds of mmos I just never could see the appeal. However when the new x pac came out I told her I'd give it a go. So first impression. It looks great. The quests are interesting. What I dont get is the classes and the spells. I have 3 different types per class then weapons armor race class faction etc. My problem is so far safest and easiest is bow, no matter what class race etc. Also if I raise a trade skill. That's not enough I also have to put skill points into it. So I am asking you as a community what am I missing here. I can just pick up a bow use bow skills and never touch a skill of my class. I'm not knocking the game just trying to understand. Thanks

I am a steam version owner with a legitimate question

If I buy the game from the ESO website it self, can I keep my characters and account if I use the same login as my current account?

I understand I would have to have bought the game twice in order to do this, but honestly I would rather do that than not be able to play randomly because of Steam.
