Hi guys,

I've just finished studying for my degree and I'm hoping to find a game that I can really immerse myself in. I bought Destiny 2 when it first came out, but didn't get to play much due to a busy schedule. I hear rumours about the game being 'dead' and stuff like this, but I enjoyed it, and would love to start a new game but ALSO find a game that I can continuously play and commit to. Is destiny 2 actually dead or is there a lot of fun to be had?

I know that lots of people say 'trolling' because I'm asking if it's dead, but I promise that isn't the case. I liked the game, and just want to know whether it's worth getting into it now with the prospect of staying with it in the future.

How do I increase the power level of my character by making a new one?

Hi. I've read in the forum that you can increase your power level by making a new character. Right now I have a Human Titan and I would like to make a Exo Titan. Can I take advantage of this and increase the power level of my new titan even higher than the one i have right now? So my new character would become by main and the old one become an alt (discarded).

What do I need to do? Ive done all my powerful milestones in my main.

Should I Buy On PC Now? (Slightly Disabled Gamer)

Hello, my situation is a bit different than most people asking this question.

Last year a month before the game came out (which i had already bought the $100 version of on PS4) I had an accident which resulted in severe nerve damage in my right arm and hand. It sucked really hard watching all my friends play the game while i was stuck in the hospital. When i finally got out my arm/hand were completely limp, but i tried to play even with just my left hand and even my tongue to move around. PvP was my favorite in D2 and i was used to getting 20+ kills per match so you can imagine how frustrating running around like a chicken with its head cut off, all the while getting my ass handed to me was lol. Anyway here I am 10 months later and my arm has completely recovered, my hand is still recovering but i can work a mouse well enough to play WoW in about 1 hour spurts.

My question then is a two parter: When the game first came out and for a long time afterward everyone said it was terrible and bungie sucks and this and that. Is this still the case? How has it improved?

Also, are there any other disabled gamers with similar issues who might have some recommendations or tips for me?

When does Free Weekend start?

Is there any exact time? We know the date is 6-8 july. And today is the 6th. But what time?

We are a lot of people getting the SAXOPHONE error and right know we dont know if that error code is because some broken game-files or if its because the free weekend haven't yet started.

So please - an exact time please?

Completed my first escalation protocol

Last night I was lucky enough to get on a server that had six guardians that had just started an EP and a couple of failed attempts we finally had a run where we killed the final boss. I wish I remembered who those guardians where but I don't remember all their names. I just want to say thank you, you made this 53 year old guardians night last night!

Can't even play a raid.

I'm on Xbox and wanted to know how the hell am i meant to run the spire of stars raid if i have never done it before i am 385 and it is impossible to get a lobby.

It is either have 10+ completions or nothing and guided games does not work it is dead.

I also tried to make my own posts asking for help and nothing.

Exotic grenade launcher idea

Name of the gun- the boomer

It's literally a hive boomer with an exotic perk.

Intrinsic perk Starfire bolts-This weapon lobs a bolt of rotting starfire, that do extra damage to hive.

Launcher barrel Celestial tuning- this weapons barrel is fitted to shoot bolts of rotting starfire. -increases range -increases velocity

Magazine Celestial shard- this weapon can only hold one bolt in the "mag", you do not reload this weapon, instead it will have a bolt ready in 3.5 seconds if you miss your shot. -increases stability -increases handling

Exotic trait aspiring knight- hits with this gun add 1 bolt to the magazine, and increase damage that stack 3x, hitting 5 consecutive shots adds 1 bolt to reserves.

This weapon can have 25-31 shots in total

The flavor text( or whatever it's called, the stuff under the attack of a gun that you can read when you hover over it )

Thoughts? I was going for a good DPS gun that requires skill to reach its maximum damage output, of course in crucible this weapon would only get 4 shots from picking up one heavy pack. I also looked up some info on the boomer and used it to name the perks, yes boomers shoot rotting starfire.
