BDO Open Battlefield (idea) / (New Content)

This is a PVP idea which will be a feast for your hunger of PVP!

So Let's get started:

Firstly I don't wanna talk about so little details like balancing or little functions of system and i want you to don't care about those things either ) just try to see the major concept

BDO OPEN BATTLEFIELD

1:What's this and How is this gonna work?

Let's start with map , the map is gonna be whole continent we play in BDO!
and for that we will play this in another separated server like arsha server that means whole server's point is gonna be running smoothly this battlefield.

Let's get in Details;

A:Basics
1:In this game mode every territory will be a side for pvp, this means Kama vs Calph vs Bal vs Ser vs Med vs Val vs Drieg all of them gonna fight for each other to extend their territories!

2:In this map there won't be normal game NPC's and safe zones!
3:this game mode will be open 7/24 like i said this is gonna be in a separated server and everybody can join any time and can fight for his territory anyway

4:Game Mode's Goal is gonna be taking other territories nodes/forts/towns and Even Major Cities!

5:To take control over nodes/forts/towns/cities you gonna attack directly to that node/forts/towns/cities and you have to kill commanders at that location or destroy Forts.This means you are not gonna build separated forts like node/conquest wars but you will able to build walls or towers etc. with limited numbers* to defend those locations (*:its gonna be limited cause no one wants to see thousands of walls and towers in 1 node)

6:There are gonna be soldier npcs to help defences or maybe even attacks

7:This game mode will reset in every 30 days and its gonna give players and guids rewards with looking to situation of war and to player/guild scores

8:Everything you do for game objectives(killing enemies, defending/attacking nodes etc.) you will gain 2 types of points ; Valor and Duty Points.

9:With Valor points you gonna get character proggression things like gold bars/items/maybe combat points / maybe skill points and with that you will have fun and make progression for yourself

10:With Duty points you are gonna get siege equipments/ships/buffs for using only available in this mode and with that you won't have to do anything before participating battlefield

11:If your territory take control of any node you will be able to spawn in it and will be able to use it like your own territory

12: You can't do afk processing or life skill in this server to prevent lags

13:If you stay AFK you will be kicked

B:Major Side Details

1: We will join this battlefield choosing a territory first (solo or with guild) and once u choose ur territory u wont be able to change it in 30 days
(Dont worry there gonna be balance system which will prevent all powerful guilds in same side and some elements to prevent territories getting destroyed easily)

2:For taking control island nodes you will be able to buy ship licenses exculisively for this mode with Duty points and you will use those ships to sail and take control of island nodes

3:MOBS: I'm not sure about to putting mobs in game or not because it will be cool to grind with extra drop rates with risks but dont wanna risk to fill game mode map with only grinders

4:There will be elements for solo players ; one of them stealing map from enemy node and with that you will show your territory defense strategy of enemy node like buildings and traps for "x" minutes and this will give you extra Valor and Duty points

5:There will be thing like Flank attack to nodes, this means you wont have to always fight for borders you can attack further insides of enemy territories and goal of this if you succeed you wont able to take control directy of that node but you will prevent enemy territory to use their front line nodes freely like their own* (*:if they lose control of connected node before front node they won able to spawn in front node or build anthing in that node or there won't be npc soldier support/spawn)

So I wanted to know what was a better use of my time since I personally like active fishing(both rod and harpooning) so I decided to record my results.

Some Information:

+5 Fishing was used in all instances.

T3 Penguin pet was used in all instances.

None of the fishing mini-games were failed.

Fishing was 30 minutes in all instances.

Equipment:

Fishing Rod: Balenous +8

Float: Maple Float +6

Harpoon: Thick Harpoon

Results:

Active Rod Fishing:

All Items Included: 3,768,305 Silver

Only Octoboiz: 3,500,000 Silver

Harpoon Fishing Before Today's Buff:

All Items Included: 6,100,000 Silver

Just Normal Manta-Rays: 4,400,000 Silver

Harpoon Fishing After Today's Buff:

All Items Included: 18,400,000 Silver

Just Normal Manta-Rays: 4,000,000 Silver

The Triple Float Rod:

Disclaimer: I forgot to screenshot this and only ended up writing down how many octobois I had gotten and I no longer have any triple float rods so I can only report what I got based on my scribbled notes due to the aforementioned.

Octoboiz caught: 27

Octoboiz Money: 13,500,000

So my conclusion here is simple, active octoboi fishing just doesn't appear to be worth is compared to harpoon fishing when you factor in that a triple float rod costs 1.7 mil and at the moment of writing this post the most recent pre-oreder for one was 6,666,777 silver and that you can buy a thick harpoon for 138k with relative ease or get a Terrmia Harpoon for 10 seals.(don't do it just buy a thick harpoon >.<) I just can't see any case where octoboi active fishing is worth it.

Keep in mind I understand 30 minutes is a very small sample size, but as far as I have seen I'm the first person to do any checking on it and not that many people active fish either. So if you want to do 10, 100, 1000 hours of tests for better results be my guest but as of right now at least we have something.

TL:DR Harpoon Fishing in Terrmia after the buff is vastly more profitable than regular active fishing, but active fishing with a triple float rod gets close to the profit from harpooning.

Hello can someone please kindly write below a decent combo i can be using for the sorceress please. Im trying various things however i'm finding i am very sluggish at the moment with weapon swapping from pre-awaken to awaken, the other way round seems ok.

Also what is the 1 hit combo meta.

I main a DK from before I left, just want to ask how are they now.. Not going to reroll but just want to know the truth behind the current situation, what I can and can not do.

I'm sorry that I'm not in the "daily questions and answer". Actually I tried that thread but got no responses unfortunately and I'm kinda desperate. How can I improve my sorceress? I feel like I have no damage against people that have the same gear as me. And when it comes to people with 540+ fame I need approximately 4 combos to kill them (so I don't kill them cuz no one takes 4 combos in a row on pvp lol).
