I've played for 8 hours, and regret waiting to play skyrim for so long

I'm absolutely blown away by the customization I have available to me. I honestly feel challenged by the game (I'm playing on adept difficulty).

I cant honestly believe how refreshing it is to play a game where I feel like I'm actually influencing the world. There is so much stuff to do, even a couple quests actually takes time.

My dog died

Posted: 14 Jun 2018 04:48 AM PDT

I was dying endlessly to a horde of enemies in falkreath hold. Got to bad so I decided to leg it and came across a funny situation, 1 dog vs 3 wolves, huh?

Never seen that before. Anyway the dog killed 2 of the wolves and when it looked like he was about to die to the third one I jumped in and saved his life. This stray dog followed me about for a good 3 hrs saving me from a Sabre cat, distracting giants while I looted their chests and even jumping in front of me when a Spriggan attacked.

We grew pretty close in our adventures I even named him Abraxos for his courageous and loving heart.

I just cleared a cave of vampires searching for a piece of Lilarcor and came back to the entrance to find him dead. A stray dog I'd just met gave his life for me. He didn't even know my name. No human has ever even thanked me for vanquishing Harkon or saving them from a dragon. Ungrateful scum.

Nothing in this game has ever hit me so hard not the death of Lydia not the betrayal of Astrid nothing.

This is my 7th playthrough and I keep seeing new things and having new experiences but this is one I will surely never forget.

I'll miss you Abraxos all dogs go to Sovngarde.

Sometimes you just have to stop and take it all in

70 hours into my current game, I haven't been to Morthal yet. This town is so useless.

I've always found Sky Haven Temple to be haunting.

The sun hovers high above High Hrothgar. I finally got my Skyrim to run exactly how I've always wanted.
