I'm playing the weekly mode but it doesn't appear to do what the description says. The gore setting is at max and I've made sure to press the weekly mode. The weapon I used is the caulk and burn. At first I thought it was not using bullets on zeds but this isn't the case. The zeds did not become thicc. They did not fly into the air and explode. BTW I'm playing on maps where there is a lack of roofs. In fact the game feels like a regular suicidal match. It doesn't make any sense. It's likely the weekly event got mislabeled or forgot to be added in. However, idk if this mode works perfectly fine on endless.

KF2 Perk Discounts and Passive Reload Skill Boosts

KF1 had like perk discounts for every level and Commando had like global reload bonuses so why not apply it to all perks? To make up for the addition of the upgrade system and the removal of RC?

Need some help actually playing this game online

Hey, I put a post on the steam fourums about my problem but I can't really lie about it, it hasn't been that helpful as I've been told to do things that I've already done, which I know they're trying to be helpful but I did list what I've done at the top of the post. I do apoligize if this type of thread isn't allowed on here but I'm really running out of options here. I've tried to contact Tripwire about the problem but haven't had a reply yet so if anyone here could help me that would be awesome.

The problem I've been having is that the server browser is completely empty, and has thethe little refresh icon in the top right.

Matchmaking searches for like 5 seconds before telling me it cant find anything.

I've tried:

-Reinstalling the game

-Verifying Game Cache

-Deleting the KF folder in "MyGames"

-Disabling Anti-Virus

-Using a VPN to see if it's my router restricting something

How do I get good at Commando?

Title related. I can do fine at Normal and Hard. But when it's Sucidal and HoE, I lose my shit.

I usually fire in single mode because the auto gives too much recoil. I also use Bullup up to end game because the AK gives too much recoil too. I don't use the sight very much because it takes too much time to aim and place a headshot, that means I mostly deal with close to midrange targets only.

I really have problems with the mid and big boys like Rioters, Gorefast/Gorefiend, they take more bullets than other zeds.

And last, is Commando a good perk to focus on for teamplay? Support pretty much does the same job as him and better at dealing with most types of zed.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Edit 2: My Commando perk level is currently 15.

Game freezes for ~4 seconds every 1-2 minutes?

Edit: I switched from fullscreen to borderless fullscreen, and it seems to have mostly mitigated the issue. It'll still freeze every now and then, but for a substantially shorter time and not nearly as frequently.

Hi guys. A problem I've been having recently is that every minute or so, the game will freeze for a few seconds. It's getting to the point of unplayability for me, as I end up dying from attacks without being able to move.

I took some screenshots with Afterburner, and noticed my GPU usage drops to 0 when it freezes, which I guess is to be expected since it's not processing any graphical info? My temperatures seem fairly normal, but I'll let you guys be the judge of that.

I've also tried the game on two different hard drives, an HDD and a SSD. Neither of which appear to have solved this issue in particular. I don't have any similar problems in any game besides this one.
