TYPHON, Lord Of Monsters Pantheon: Greek Role: Guardian Passive: Unstoppable - When Typhon is hit by hard CC, the snakes from his head will rapidly spit poison at nearby enemies, dealing damage every 0.2s until the CC goes away
1st Ability: Toxic Flames Typhon belows forth either flames or toxic gas depending on where the targeter is Flames are bellowed out fast, dealing damage and large damage over time every 1s for 3s that slightly lowers protections Toxic gas floats forward slowly, dealing damage and small damage over time every 1s for 3s that also slows targets hit Once this Ability, and 1 other abilities hits level 5, Typhon bellows both Flames and Toxic gas, combining the damage, protection shred, and the slow 2nd Ability: Malign Typhon gains a shield that lasts for a duration During this, any enemy god that deals damage to Typhon will be feared and cannot be feared again 3rd Ability: Wretched Drag Typhon flies forward, dealing damage through minions and stopping on the first enemy god hit Typhon deals damage lifts the enemy god, banishing them. | Smite 5.6 Patch notes: ALL god balance and items changes! Posted: 01 Apr 2018 01:23 AM PDT patch note 5.6: god balance ! Project Olympus 2.5 : - we are encouraging themed teams. themed teams will get damage and health bonus.
- we have fixed matchamking ! ahahah no ... just kidding....
- since noone like playing support. a random member of the party will instalock a guardian. (while other ppl wont be able to lock a god before 30 second passed).
- main support players will now have their own lane ... in a different map... with only friendly target where they can have a party: not getting blamed by anyone
- for 1 patch all skins become a direct purchase. 300 gems cost each one!
God balance: - Achilles: his 1 will now stun every enemy hit by the cone. even at max range. this will compensate for the nerf
- Agni: he grew another head... cause he was jealus of cerberus
- AMC : Bees debuff now also applys fear effect to be more realistic ! (cause noone wants to be chased from them)
- Ah Puch: removed mana cost on his 2. in addition, corpse gain stealth and they will explode automatically when someone walks on them. removed max number of corpse
- Amaterasu: she ll need 3 more minutes at the start of the game before being able to get out of the fountain. she is doing a make up with her mirror !
- Anhur: removed from the game. killed by ares in the comic.
- Anubis: ult will stun enemy gods. in addition you can buy 6 typhon's fang
- Aphrodite: you can kiss multiple friendly gods... u are the goddess of love... u can love everyone. (also trigger the damage bonus !)
- Ao Kuang: Ao will trigger polynomic effect with his 1, 2, 3 and his ult (why an AA can trigger poly ... but a bite from a dragon cannot ?!)
- Apollo : changed hairstyle: he was too similar to ullr T5!
- Arachne: he ll be 100% more creepy for arachnofobic players. his webs receive same treatment of ah puch corpses: gain stealth. unlimited number. EDIT: since someone pointed that out.... to be more creepy Arachne will now be male: spider body + Zhong head. (you can count this as new Zhong skin!)
- Ares: unlimited chain number. his is now immune to damage if he has chained a god
- Artemis: her ult will release a porky for each one of her skins. ofc each porky will have the model of the other skin. the stun wont be affected by diminishing return!
- Artio: she will transform into a panda. cause everyones like panda.
- Athena: Her VGS lines got changed to be in Russian. Random teammates that are Russian will now perform better. and remember... you is rockstar !
- Awilix: if there is a sun related god, she cant use her moon themed abilities. suku will also be annoyed by the sun... and will try to bite you after the summon.
- Bacchus: 100% uptime of drunk effect.... but he ll also suffer from the drunk effect of his ult.
- Bakasura's 2 can now eat gods under 5% hp (or maybe 10%)
- Bastet: you will need to kill her cats 7 times cause they have 7 lives.
- Bellona: ult got changed: now it will be a stance swap with 3 addional weapons. she will give kuzenbo a gun with that !
- Cabrakan: his 1 also gives him stealth. name changed to Fatloki
- Camazotz: pools persist for the entire game. cause he is thirsty. pools converted to water for each skin... cause it is healthier
- Cerberus: he is underperforming so we decided to make him CC immune during his 2. his 1 size has been increased by 25% and will now stun 0.8 second for each shot you hit with (3.2 at max)
- Cernunnos: is passive icon will now have 120 degrees angle (instead of 140, 140, 80) (probabily noone noticed that). his glaive on T2 got fixed !
- Chaac: he is underperforming. he will now summon a zeus, Raijin and Thor with his 3. cause if "the rain comes" ... thunder will come too
- Chang'e: bunny no longer bring her items. he is tired
- Chiron: his passive finally will scale with physical power. sometime the medicine will be uneffective and it will kill the ally
- Chronos: his ult has no CD and he s damage immune during the effect.
- Cu Chulainn: fixed rage issue with an infusion. we also gave him another placeholder blue mana bar... so he wont be out of mana! VVM
- cupid: enemies hit by lovestruck will now change team.
- Da Ji: she is underperforming after the latest nerf. his 3 will now executes target below 50% health. Paolao will be 50% less hot
- Discordia: to match her character... friendly fire is now enable for everyone on abilities and AA
- Erlang Shen: MIA in the lane. he is still looking for his deathtoll. maybe the dog can help with that
- Fafnir: dragon form will now last all the game (and you cant cancel it :S). in addition at the start of the game he will get all the gold of other gods. he is greedy
- Fenrir: got released
- Freya: her banish will now last the entire game
- Ganesha: since he is tired of everyone blaming him to get no kills and feed... now he is tired of that. instead of bestowing kills now all other gods bestow kills to him. he cant lose a game. (cant be picked against Nike)
- Geb: he will play Rolling Stones song during his 1
- Groover: sylvanus got removed from the game. he was useless. Groover now got an axe !
- Guan Yu: he will now start a horse race with Hachiman
- Hachiman: he will now start a horse race with Guan Yu
- Hades: can move during his ult and it cripples too :S
- He Bo: he has now 3 ults.... oh... wait....
- Hel: when someone dodge her heal projectile... she will change stance to damage them "you didnt want a heal... now i hurt you laugh"
- Hercules: his heal has now 1 sec CD. removed protections to compensate! boulder now inflicts a new form of CC called flattened
- Hou Yi: Bounce has unlimited range. and bounce till it kills someone (bonus damage applies multiple time). he can also kill himself.
- Hun Batz: when close to ah puch hades and thanatos he will run in fear. cause he will fear evil.
- Isis: got a remodel in this patch !
- Izanami: her kamas wont get back.... error 404: kamas not found
- Janus: his portals have no CD. when u use a portal in any game modes beside conquest... you ll get teleported in the conquest map !
- Jing Wei: you can fly when you want, wherever you want! she believed she could fly !
- Kaldr: Skadi removed from the game. Kaldr was a very good boi.
- kali: going below 10% health will reset her ult CD and istantly activate it. internal CD: 2 seconds
- Khepri: he is underperforming after the last 34 nerfs, so guess what ? we are nerfing him: khepri is now a unit of measurement!
- kukulkan: increased the laugh volume on the kuku skin. kuku skin will randomly become shiny rayqu... ehm ... kuku for lucky players!
- Kumbhakarna: after the coffee he is finally awake ! his is 2x faster, his abilities will recharge 2x faster... and those are 2x faster themselves!
- Kuzenbo: will now randomly throw a Nene every 2 seconds (cause you should watch his nene!). nene buff: health increased by 200%.
- Loki: he has been removed from the game! oh no wait... that is his stealth having no CD and become CD immune !! #BehindYou
- Medusa: you can no longer destroy her statue. you can buy one for 10k gold. cause her arts have some value.
- Mercury: he gain benefit from all items that gives movement speed at the start of the game. GOTTAGOFAST!
- Ne Zha: at the start of the game a zeus will appear cause: "by my beard... this shall serve me well"
- Neith: When her ult kills a target, it bounces off to the next enemy executing him (i mean.. she can choose your faith). Cannot be bodyblocked
- Nemesis: she ll now have a permanent blind effect (like she is in a xba ult) to match her design.
- Nike: her passive now give Agni and Cerberus more crown on their heads ! Xing Tian wont gain nike's passive effect cause he hadnt a head. addionally she cant lose a game. (cant be picked against Ganesha)
- Nox: she ll now have a permanent blind effect (like she is in a xba ult) to match her design.
- Nu Wa: new passive: Soul gem, Ethereal and soulreaver will now proc on each target of her ult.
- Odin: his 1 abiltiy becomes a cage! his 2 ability becomes a cage! his 3 ability becomes a cage! walking ult !
- Osiris: Isis is fixing him ... again....
- Poseidon: after the Kraken gets released, he doesn't just disappear. He will venture forth and enjoy his freedom. if you are playing with poolseidon and you release the quacken, it will persist till the game end: everyone will be able to do a bath with it.
- Ra: he permanently VEL around. players can no longer mute Ra
- Raijin: Raiju will no longer bounce. his 1 wont pass through minions. his ult will root him and the damage on taunt and fear is removed. we gave him a Hi-Hat for his drum kit tho!
- Rama: all his skins will receive his baseline laugh !
- Ratatoskr: with ragnatoskr skin.... his VA2 will force allies to attack middle lane. his VDA will force allies to defend middle lane. his VRR will force allies to run away.
- Ravana: Shiva finally forgave him.
- Scylla: her ult will now reset after getting a kill with it ! ...oh... wait...
- Serqet: her poison from the ult will now tick till you die. no matter what...
- Sobek: he will return to his Nile when he ults.
- Sol: her Disapparate ability now summons Khepri as mount as it gains movement speed, instead of invincibility at the end of it, she gains Scarab's Blessing
- Sun Wukong: he got 69 more transformation to match his "72 transformation" ability. Noah will now be summoned during it to try to bring SWK on his arc
- Susano: he finally got an "'o" in his name
- Terra: her ult will now be called "Sylvanus' blessing"
- Thanatos: new ult: he chose a target. that target dies.
- The Morrigan: she ll now summon a khepri when the game start. cause she is bugged. Khepri will fly around spamming "ILLUMINATING" "GREEETINGS FRIENDS" "STELLLAR JOB" ... and will try to hug everyone.
- Thor: when he ults... he scream "THOR IS HERE" if he actually hit someone. (so if i play him... or Weak3n too... you ll never heear this new voiceline)
- Thoth: added a stun on his 1, 3, 4 abilities (if you pass through his wall you get stunned). his ability range is now unlimited.
- Tyr: Isis is fixing his hand meanwhile she is fixing Osiris
- Ullr: reduced all base damage from his abilities. buffed the scaling on all his abilities when playing with the T5. (we dont want that ppl that bought his T5 will get nerfed)
- Vamana: he will control all the 4 elements
- Vulcan: he is having fun with aphrodite. damn you ares!
- Xbalanque: sometimes a random camazotz will appear to finish his job. expecially during the ult
- Ymir: if playing with ice cream skin.... you ll melt on fire type abilities!
- Zeus: this god required too much skill to be played. his 1 will now auto aim the shield with infinite range... wherever you are. his ult will now be global.
- Zhong Kui: he got a new skin ! ... soon.... not this patch... this year... maybe...
EDIT (1 week later from the original post): - Xing Tian (was ulting !): when he uses the ult, internet explorer will randomly open ! in addition his drill will now pierce the heaven !
Item Balance: - all protection items got removed from the game. noone liked tank meta and support/guardians will now have changes mentioned above.
- gods without feets will no longer be able to purchase boots
- soul gem got removed from the game. fixing it ! (except for nu wa)
- Hammer tree removed from the game. noone buy them anyway. (only guardians in their lane can buy them)
Magical items: - if you buy 1 ring, you ll be forced to purchase others... cause you ll need one per finger.
- Hastened ring: removed internal CD
- Spear of Desolation: if bought with Gem Of Isolation, it will now teleport you in another empty map. alone.
- Gem of Isolation: if bought with Spear Of Desolation, it will now teleport you in another empty map. alone.
- Ethereal staff: internal CD removed. (you wanted antitank meta)
- Soul Reaver: internal CD removed. (you wanted antitank meta)
- Warlock staff: added passive: it will now summon Gul'Dan to drain enemy soul.
- Rod of Asclepius: added passive: summon a snake. just like the one on the rod.
- Book of Thoth: added passive: it will now summon thoth that will try to get back his book.... damn you thief!
- Chronos pendant: added passive: it will now summon chronos that will try to get back his pendant.... damn you thief!
- Rod Of Tahuti: removed treshold! magical power increased by 200%!
Physical items: - Executioner: it will now execute a target after 3 basic attack
- titan's bane: it will now execute the enemy titan
- The Crusher: it will now istantly crush jungle camps and minions
- Transcendence: you ll transcende to higher level!
- Hydra's Lament: added FX on proc: you ll hear the Hydra's lament
- Deathbringer: increased critial strike up to 70%. increased bonus crit damage up to 100%. i mean... you are bringing death
- rage: gain another effect at max stacks: when you land a critical strike you ll summon Cu Chulainn in berserker form. if you are playing Cu Chulainn you ll always have full rage !
- Malice: its passive will now change each day. different for each player.
- Soul Eater: when the enemy dies you will summon Hades and Anubis to drain his soul. that god wont be able to respawn till the next game
- bloodforge: added a passive: to get the standard passive you ll have to forge this weapon with enemies blood. you ll need 20 stacks. VVGL
- Shuriken tree: added passive: if you are a melee god... your basic will now throw shuriken.
- Stone cutting sword : will now istantly kill Geb
- Hearthseeker: it has 1% change to execute the target: going for his heart!
- Hastened Katana will be available for hunters too ! (we really missed fatalis)
- Odysseus Bow: will deal splash damage every AA ! (we really missed golden bow)
- Devourers gauntlet: sometimes they ll devour your hand !
- Winged Blade: you will now be able to purchase a red bull in the store!
- relic dagger: relic CD reduced by 120 seconds !
- Toxic blade: it will now infect target with poison. dealing 10% of their HP in 5 seconds!
Relics: - Thorns: will now make you immune to damage while reflecting damage !
- Blink: you can use it while in combat !
- Aegis: removed from the game!
- Magical Shell: while under this effect you are immune to magical damage!
- Phantom veil: while under this effect you ll become a ghost. close enemies will be feared!
- Bracers of undoing: you will delete yourself!
- Horrific emblem: if purchased on Ah Puch it will be 100% more effective
- Meditation: if you have Transcendence.... you ll transcend to a such high level that you ll istantly win the game!
New God: Jesus, the lag god ! (noone will be surprised if his respawn will be 3 days i guess) we know everyone voted for Barabbas in the community poll ... but we thought that Jesus was more fitting this patch cause it is actually Easter !
