Hey! It's been another awesome week over r/customhearthstone and we're in the final phase of our War for the Witchwood contest. I find it annoying that the Monster hunt quests are defeat 10, when a run is 8.

I can't think of any reason why the behavior would be like this.... I kept track of the whole game and she didn't play anything that could cause this effect!

Interesting mechanical reveal by Toki's hero power

I've always wondered if the card order in your deck was predetermined server side at the beginning of the game, or if it just pulled a random card from the "set" of cards in your deck.

I'm sure we've all noticed that Toki's hero power still gets you to draw the same card each turn (which makes sense), but what really cements it is when you use Toki with card draw effects. Book of specters not only draws the same, but if you restart the turn, the cards you draw the following three turns are consistent with what you saw using book of spectres.

This implies that the "draw order" of your deck is determined in the beginning of the game. I'd be very interested in doing some more testing. like for example, if I use book of specters, and see the three cards, then I revert, and use deck of wonders prior to using book of specters, will those 3 cards be the same? are the scrolls of wonder just randomly distributed through your deck or is the deck "shuffled" as it would be in a physical card game?
