Let's talk about Ghostly essence

First things first, Ghostly essence is a tradable component used to charge ectoplasmater to function as a bonecrusher but for ghost-type creatures at a rate of 1 essence per 10 kills. The current medium GE price for 1 essence is 16,889 coins each. Bonecrusher functions the exact same and is unlimited after a one-time purchase from Dungeoneering.

The biggest issue surrounding the Ghostly essence is the rarity and the price which is large in part due to its rarity. Not enough essence entering the market to keep up with its demand.

538 essence from 16,571 Aberrant spectres. Note these only drop 8-9 at a time.

Possible solutions:

  1. Substantially increase the quantity of Ghostly essence dropped. Or,
  2. Make off-task and on-task drop rates the same. Or,
  3. Increase how many charges a ghostly essence provides. Or,
  4. Offer a permanent update for Attuned ectoplasmater by adding a large amount of ghostly essence to it.

[QoL Suggestion] Toggable Hitsplats for Soulsplit

I was thinking it would be really interesting to be able to see every tick how much soulsplit is healing you for.

I drew up a little graphic. I think having it over the soul split symbol, and be purplish but small, would be the best way to go.

And having the toggle right on the right click, if you don't want to see the hitsplats you can toggle it off quickly.

(Help!) Character only walks

My RS3 character can only move at walking speed with barely any item in the inventory. I have tried to re-login and change world but the issue persisted.

Not sure if this helps but I also noticed that he is always holding the weapons and would not "docked" them onto his waist like he did before this "glitch" happened.

p.s. I tried looking for a Q&A thread before I create a post. If I am posting incorrectly, please move this. Thank you!

TLDR: RS3 character can no longer run, only walk. What should I do to restore to normal setting?

Weird graphical bug when loading areas

I don't know if it's just me but when I load into an area for the first time I sometimes get a weird graphical bug where the textures on the floor don't load and instead I get some crazy patterns and colours.

Anyway I teled to Daemonheim and I got some really messed up distorted face as the texture on the floor. It only lasted a second but I was wondering if anyone else gets this and if anyone had a picture of it.

Bonus XP stacking on DXPW

First of all so sorry about a DXPW post - I know there is a lot of them here.

As it's the first one I'm participating in I would like to know how does the DXP stack with the Bonus XP.

For example: I'm planning to do crafting from level 87 to 99 (or as much as I can) and I have 9100 protean hides. Right now I also have 2,5m Bonus XP, 20 advanced pulse cores, the full outfit for crafting, hellion aura, and the portables. (if there is anything else worth using please let me know)

By any means I don't want you to calculate my xp or anything but i'm just wondering, do they all stack with DXP?
