I wanted to test some things and combinations, to see if they even work. What I learned:

  1. They work

  2. "Fast learner" works the same way as "Too smart", and they do stack, and they do stack with passions.

  3. Exp gained depends on skill level (0 skill gains slightly more than double exp, compared to level 10 skill)

  4. There's a daily exp limit of about 4000, but it apparently can be exceeded through skill decay (only actually useful for medicine)

  5. Some numbers for level 10 skills

What a wonderful game. Tynan and team deserve all the praise they get. I work as a software engineer with around 30 other nerds in the same room. They saw me playing while I waited my friend to give me a ride home a few days ago, asked about it and watched for a little bit. Most of them downloaded the torrent version to check if they liked it, because They were not trusting the game, since at first it is a bit overwhelming with information on screen and the graphics being very simplistic. After playing some days, they loved it, bought it on steam, and now we share our colony strategies and stories all the time.

When they found out about the mods, they went barbarian. One is a huge zombie fan, when he played with the Zombieland mod, I got a bit tired of hearing him talk about the game.

Best thing to come out of this, now they find out and tell me about all the new cool mods and when they update.

Unforbidding corpses?

Is there some way to unforbid all corpses automatically without having to do something like making a huge home area then using allow tool to unforbid everything on the map? I want it to be automated since lots of animals fight each other and commonly die of blood loss or infections.

Remove "Faction Imprisoned Me"

I recently subscribed to the Psychology mod which I really like except for the -40 "faction imprisoned me" opinion it adds when you recruit a prisoner. It seems excessive and takes a long time to go away. Is there any safe way for me to go into the game folders and remove it, either from individual saves where it already exists or the mod itself?

And what was the role you first had when you showed up in your game? I was a caravan guard but have seen myself as raider, colonist and slave and heard of my adventures in friends games.
