Why they don't just increase the 10s timer after everyone has locked in blind pick so that ppl can change runes?

I mean.. there are times when you wanna change your runes but it just happened everyone was unsure of what to play and they picked in the last second of picking phase leaving you with just 10seconds to fully change a runepage but first find it and name it if needed (and later save it ofc). 10 seconds is absolutely no time to do anything like that. I know what runes I wanna take any time but this system leaves me without enough time to do what I need to do.

My recommendation to Riot is to increase this timer to 15seconds rather than 10seconds. Even if these 5s are taken away from the picking phase (so total time remains the same)

So his Q skill gets cooldown reduction with bonus attack speed, what about vice versa? Why someone near to Yasuo with frozen heart can't increase his skill cooldown again?

Also, players that crush their opponents in macro and end at ~20 minutes still get punished in fantasy and deaths still don't matter at all.

It's sad to see something that really got me to enjoy LCS with my friends just be forgotten.

As the new hires for the esports program at Harrisburg University, we are thrilled to announce open recruitment for 15 full-ride academic scholarships. We will be fielding top-level players in Fall 2018 for collegiate League of Legends, Hearthstone, and Overwatch.

Bios:

Esports Program Director -- Chad "HistoryTeacher" Smeltz –– I've worked the last three years in professional League of Legends as the GM for Phoenix1 and NRG, and head coach for Team8. I've been constantly working to combine esports and education with the most recent example being the "Overview of Esports" online class I'll be teaching at the University of California Irvine starting February 05.

Esports Head Coach –– Geoff "CentralTime" Wang –– I'm a previous rank 16 LoL Challenger, HS Legend, and Masters OW player with extensive experience in professional coaching, esports consulting, and collegiate esports. I spent the last two years building the competitive LoL program at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where I coached and captained their Big Ten Network Team.

About the program:
Major sponsors: National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), HP Omen, Intel, D&H Distributing, and the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts. With the full backing of our University leadership and network of international connections, there will be many more to come.

Just a speculation, what if Annie's sister Daisy is Ivern's Golem Daisy?

It's a bit far off I know, but after watching the Annie video that was just released I began to wonder. Daisy died chasing a fairy/spirit after slipping over some stones into a riverbed. What if somehow after she died her spirit transferred into some stones creating a stone golem. Maybe with the help of the fairy/spirit. Eventually, the stone golem would then meet up with Ivern and begin to follow him around.

There's also the slight resemblance between Daisy and Tibbers.
